About Westbourne Spice
Westbourne Spice is a Pakistani restaurant in Otley, set on Bradford Rd. Lamb chops are on the menu, and an early bird menu gives diners another way to order. Birthday celebrations come with a cake, a free shot, a card and a voucher for a next visit, so a party marking the occasion leaves with something to bring them back. The kitchen cooks Pakistani dishes for sit-down dining, and the dining room serves groups and couples at its own tables.

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out the service, with reviewers repeatedly describing staff as welcoming, friendly and attentive, and one server in particular earning repeated praise. Birthdays are the clearest recurring moment: one party was brought a cake, a free shot, a card and a voucher, another was allowed to bring their own cake and had the team come out singing with a sparkler, and a third said a gift voucher for the next visit was a welcome bonus. Close behind is the food, described as flavoursome, piping hot and authentic, with generous portions, and one reviewer calls the lamb chops superb. The early bird menu is described as great value, and high chairs and pram access get a mention from a family. The one complaint is noise, with one diner saying they had to speak up over the background sound. Another reviewer was sent home with a takeaway box of leftovers after a starter and main.

“My first visit, and the service and staff were top notch. The food was great, and this is high praise indeed coming from me, as I'm pretty discerning when it comes to Asian food. The portions were also generous. After a starter and main I couldn't eat it all, and they sent me packing with a takeaway box of my leftovers. Great night. Spent £35 myself and left a fiver tip.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service at Westbourne Spice! We had such a lovely experience at Westbourne Spice celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely fantastic, especially from Ali, who made us feel so welcome and looked after us throughout the evening. As a lovely surprise, they brought out a birthday cake and free shot for my boyfriend and even gave him a birthday card and a voucher, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening extra special. 🥰 Thank you to Ali and the whole team for making our experience so memorable. We really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend Westbourne Spice for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. 5 stars all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Best curry ever! We came for my son’s 1st birthday and my dad’s. Staff were so attentive, kind and welcoming. Great they have high chairs too! Very accessible too if coming with a pram. The early bird menu is 100% great value for money and has plenty of options too. Food was lovely, flavoursome and spice levels were right as per the menu. They also allowed us to bring a birthday cake and put a sparkler on it and all the team came out singing happy birthday. It was such a lovely evening and will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great evening”

“We had a brilliant dinner at Westbourne Spice in Otley. The food was piping hot, full of rich, authentic flavours, & the portions were very generous. What made the night special was the service we received from Ali, who was attentive & friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcomed & looked after. You could tell all of the staff genuinely care about the customers. Our only gripe was how loud it was in the restaurant & having to speak up over the background noise. But, we'll definitely be back!”
