  “Firstly, the food is amazing here. We will be back. We couldn’t believe how quiet it was for a Saturday night and a beautiful May bank-holiday weekend. People are missing out. The waitress explained that it was an all you can eat buffet. They bring you six dishes to start with and after that you can continue to order as many as you like. We managed to eat three additional dishes after the initial six, with some encouragement from the waitress. Our bill was £65.00 including a couple of beers each, great value on these expensive times. My one gripe, they could do with a permanent front of house . We had to stand awkwardly for a couple of minutes on arrival before we saw a manner of staff. However, once seated, zero complaints. Our new favourite place. If we don’t use these restaurants, we lose them. Give it a try. Highly recommended.”

  “I have been reluctant to put a review on, I have tried to approach the owners privately to discuss but I have not had a response so feel this is the only option left. We visited last weekend, it was packed out and there was only 2 members of staff on, both very friendly but had no experience, they advised us that the owners were away. On arrival we were left waiting 15 minutes to order drinks and be given a menu. We waited a further 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive and our first food order took around an hour to come, we waited another hour for our second food order to arrive, we didn’t order anymore due to the waiting times. Its not all you can eat unless you’re prepared to wait an hour between each course. It did feel like the whole restaurant was frustrated so the atmosphere was terrible. The portions were very small, some cold as well so it’s not as if it was “worth the wait”. Many tables were left uncleared and some people had the right idea by leaving because they were not offered drinks/menus. I don’t blame the 2 members of staff working, they were rushed off their feet and appeared to be trying their best. Clearly they had been left to deal with everything which was an impossible task. My partner said it was the worst restaurant she had ever visited and I don’t think it was far off for me either.”

  “The food is absolutely STUNNING. We have had 15 meals between 4. Great portions. I am stuffed! The potatoes are divine. The garlic mushrooms were amazing and who knew chicken pate and strawberry jelly worked? Lovely Lovely food and great personal service”
