  “FOOD POISONING ALERT!! Guys the nottingham hotville is SO BAD! specifically this branch only. I’ve had hotville multiple times in leicester, never a problem. tried it 3 times in nots and every single time bad experience with food poisoning once during pregnancy as well. the staff are SO RUDE. They never own up and so rude the attitude is intolerable!! seems like they delete reviews so hopefully this stays. the men specially are so arrogant, never respectful! My partner asked for the coleslaw separately so we can reheat it without coleslaw getting heated as well, lady on the phone said yh we can do that and when he went in to collect they made him pay £3 extra for the coleslaw like what on earth??!!coleslaw is clearly included in the food we paid for. AVOID NOTS BRANCH AT ALL COST GUYS! wallahi they’re so bad (ps nottingham branch) im not the only one- check the other reviews as well”

  “Absolutely terrible experience. The food was dripping with oil from start to finish. The chicken was so hard and dry that it was difficult to eat, and the bread was completely soaked in grease. It tasted like no care had gone into preparing the food. This was one of the worst takeaway meals I’ve had. A complete waste of money, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I would not recommend this takeaway to anyone.”

  “Really good experience here! The food was fresh, hot and tasted really nice, but the customer service was what stood out to me the most. Alisha was really friendly, polite and welcoming, and you could tell she genuinely cared about giving customers a good experience. She was really helpful and patient, even though it was quite busy, and she made sure everything was sorted properly. Alisha was lovely and made the whole experience much better.”

  “We really enjoyed the loaded box meal. The tenders and burgers were full of flavour and not dry like other places we’ve tried in Bradford. Stopping here on a whim while passing by turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We tried the honey burger with Dijon sauce and the Nashville burger, both were delicious. The loaded fries were a highlight too, topped with mac and cheese, which was a unique and tasty touch. Highly recommended!”

  “Ordered loaded box with waffle stacker. If you're a fan of spice, you'll love this place - all levels have a kick and had some good dip options. Food was cooked perfectly and my server, Wasif, was polite and friendly. Wait time was very quick. The milkshakes are also very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.”

  “I got the Boneless Combo and they were spot on perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with flavour. The seasoning was just right, and the honey mustard complemented everything really well. Portion size was generous, and fillet was a good size in the burger. overall the food was banging. The vibe inside is great too and the staff were friendly. Definitely one of the best spots for Nashville-style chicken in Notts. I’ll 100% be back. 🔥”

  “Visited this place yesterday and was very disappointed. The food was overly spicy without much flavour, and the chicken was dry and chewy. The place was also quite cold, and the atmosphere felt lifeless with no music or background noise, just an awkward silence while eating.”

  “The best loaded fries i ever have in my life. They made my order in 5 minutes and the loaded combo was too much for me. Should be enough for 2 persons. I recommend this place to everyone at least try once.”
