Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who like this branch point to the Chicken Zinger burger with fries, and one praises the stuffing tower, while the ordering monitors and quick service also earn approval. Upstairs is called spacious, and one visitor saw a cleaner mopping the floor every few minutes. Most feedback is critical, and cleanliness recurs most: diners describe tables covered in bags, boxes and food debris, overflowing bins and mixed recycling, with minimal staffing blamed. Order accuracy is the other repeated complaint: missing gravy, a zinger rice box with no rice or cutlery in the wrong container, and a second wrong order in a month. One reviewer found freshly cooked burgers lukewarm, and another called the football double bucket tasteless and watery, saying a manager did not resolve it. A pickle chicken burger tasted good, but the chicken piece was small and the large fries tiny. One reviewer reports being approached for money while ordering alone at a kiosk. Another recalls a security guard letting a wheelchair user into the bathroom late in the evening.

“As a professional in the hospitality industry I dont think it’s fair for people to be sleeping on the booths whilst I’m searching for a table. I mentioned this to the staff and they couldn’t care less lol. Do not recommend”

“Not a bad KFC. The food was ok ordered 2 meals. Gravy was missing wih one of the meals. When i was ordering at the kiosk i was approched by a homeless man in store begging for a £1 this made me feel uncomfortable. Being a lady on my own and being approched from behind whilst i was distracted placing my order. I jumped and declined he then proceeded to go round the store and ask other customers. My biggest gripe with this store though has to be RUBBISH. The bins are always over flowing and tables are always a mess. I get some customers can be rude and messy but honestly this kfc always looks like its just hosted a school lunch. I know business is difficult with rising taxes/min wage and costs of food but running this store on minium staff is effecting the overall experience for the customer. The service provided from the staff working was polite and friendly. Just wasnt enough to man everything going of in store.”

“The security guard here is a god send, I came here with someone in a wheelchair and he immediately let him use the bathroom despite it being late. I also saw him help a drunk lady get her order and help her get some food. You've got some good staff here.”

“This is my 2nd visit in a month where I’ve not received what I ordered and it’s frustrating. I did come in at lunch time when it was busy but the staffing did not reflect that lunchtime would be busy at all they were understaffed and it led to issues with other customers while I was there too. Will not be going to this branch again for a while.”
