  “Very disappointing experience. I found several small i*n*s*e*c*t*s in the lettuce of my salad. I showed the salad to the staff, and they apologised and offered to replace it. I expected better food hygiene and quality from KFC. Update: I reported this issue to KFC at the restaurant and have also reported the food safety concern to Nottingham City Council. The matter is currently being investigated.”

  “The app didn't list this store as an option so you couldn't use offers here. Spoke to counter staff and they said the app has been broken for days. Ordered food on the machine (without the offers I had traveled to KFC to use). Woman from counter came over to our table to say they had ran out of chicken (at KFC!?) so if we wanted a variety of chicken pieces in our bucket, it would be over 20 mins wait! So we said for a variety box all with chicken drumsticks in and no breast. Finally got the food (although not what was ordered). Wrong sauce delivered, I had to queue at the counter where they told me it was out of stock and they handed me a different sauce. Went to get my Iced tea and the machine was out so I couldn't get it. Didn't want to queue at the counter for a third time for this order so just got a Pepsi. So so many things with this experience. Very poor.”

  “I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Mapperley. The staff's behaviour was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They have no knowledge of how to deal with customers and delivery drivers in a polite, respectful, and professional manner. Instead of preparing orders on time, the staff spend most of their time talking among themselves while completely ignoring both customers and delivery drivers. Orders are frequently delayed because they fail to prepare them on time, causing unnecessary waiting and frustration. The management seriously needs to train their staff in customer service, communication, time management, and basic professional etiquette. A little courtesy, respect, and efficiency would make a huge difference to both customers and delivery drivers. At the moment, the staff's attitude and work ethic are unacceptable and create a very negative experience. Unless significant improvements are made, both customers and delivery drivers are likely to leave dissatisfied. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures their staff receive the training they clearly need.”

  “Food is hot and fresh but it's a shame the portion sizes have gone small like everywhere nowadays. Not too busy and not too quiet, they seem to do most of their trade at the drive-thru. There was excellent service from the lady who was tending to the seating area.”
