  “I had an incredible experience at Nergiz in Norwich. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. We ordered a large mixed grill platter with different meats, rice, grilled vegetables, and fresh lemon – everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The lamb chops, chicken, and kebabs were especially tender and smoky from the grill. The portions were very generous and perfect for sharing with friends or family. The grilled fish was also fantastic – fresh, juicy, and served with rice and salad that complemented it perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food and customer experience. Many customers also mention the excellent hospitality and great value for money, with fresh ingredients and authentic Middle Eastern flavours. Highly recommend this place”

  “Wow just stopped here for a quick lunch and was blown away by the food! We had a falafel wrap, chicken shawarma wrap and bulgur. Would go back for the bulgur alone! The falafel was so tasty, the salad fresh 😋 amazing value. Can’t wait to come back and sit in”

  “I’ve eaten at Nergiz several times, on my own, with friends, and with family and every visit has been a great experience. The food is consistently top quality, full of flavor, and very reasonably priced. The meat dishes in particular are tender, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection, with generous portions. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable place for families and groups. Little touches like the complimentary soup on arrival and Kurdish tea at the end really show their care for customers. What stands out most is the excellent value for money delicious, freshly prepared food without overcharging. I always leave satisfied and happy. Highly recommended to anyone in Norwich looking for tasty, high-quality Middle Eastern/Kurdish cuisine.”

  “On the way to Norwich hotel stay, we stopped by at this place. Really tasty food and plenty of choices. We loved their dishes. Staffs were very helpful to choose dishes. Took some time to get the food due to rush hours, but it was worth waiting. Seats were available and paid parking lot nearby unless you want to take a chance at roadside parking at double line road. Looking forward to visit again sometime.”

  “I had to stop eating my food to write this review as my family of 32 and myself were blown away with the food and service. The food was fresh, flavourful and filling! The lamb chops were tender, bread soft and sauces just perfect. The customer service was 10/10. We travelled from London and were used to great food, but this restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend and we thank you all for your food and hospitality!”

  “Just popped in as they have reopened after a complete redecorate and modernising, sat down and was given a complimentary bowl of lentil soup which was piping hot and really tasty, a nice addition. The food was incredible! I definitely over ordered as it was just me, I had the meat shawarma with fries, salad and a flat bread as well as a mixed meat shawarma wrap. The plate was loaded with meat, fries and some.super fresh salad. The wrap, which was nearly my undoing, was also crammed with meat and salad, the bread was so soft and fluffy, the wraps and flat breads are made to order, because of the open kitchen you can see the guys working, it's a real joy. Food was all hot and fresh, incredibly tasty, the chilli sauce, more of a salsa than a sauce, was really tasty and really hot, but not burning, the whole place was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was buzzing too with a real hustle of locals and friends/family of the workers making it feel really welcoming and exciting, pricing is more than reasonable too, very affordable especially given the portion sizes. Can't wait to come back”

  “1st visit and it was a really nice experience we had a lovely complimentary soup on sitting down which was delicious. The shawarma's were really fresh and tasty especially the chicken. Hummus was also tasty, good food and value with fast service! Highly recommended!!”
