“Waited 2 hours for our delivery. Phoned 3 times and was fobbed off every time. Was promised a refund via a voucher which never happend. TBH. I didn’t think it would. Eventually the order turned up and it was rubbish. I should have just got a Pitza from Tesco. I will never order again. Terrible”

“I am very disappointed with my recent order. The delivery took 1.5 hours, which is far longer than expected. On top of that, the cheesy fries I paid for were missing from the order. When I tried to report the issue, no one answered the phone for the next 2 hours. It is extremely frustrating not only to receive an incomplete order but also to be unable to contact the restaurant to resolve the problem. I expect better service and basic customer support. This experience was very disappointing.”

“The overall experience at Pizza Hut UK was extremely disappointing and not worth the money. The food arrived lukewarm and poorly prepared, with overcooked crust and hardly any toppings, Service felt uninterested and disorganised, with long waits, missing items, and no meaningful apology. Not worth this place to order for delivery. Without getting delivery order has been completed. At end I received stone cold pizza. Well done to company.”
