  “Stopped by Cobrizo Lounge in Newbury for a quick lunch and had a lovely experience. We were lucky enough to get a nice table by the window, which made it even more enjoyable. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, tasty, and just what we were after. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and a great spot for a casual bite to eat.”

  “We use The Lounges everywhere we go. So we've been to lots of them in the knowledge that the staff will be excellent, the food great and my wife's gluten intolerance (gluten free food needs) will be protected. So, a safe place i.e. no belly pain bloating, etc ramifications for her. The Cobrizo Lounge was just as great as the rest of the lounges. Thankyou to all the staff there!”

  “Very nice restaurant with decent food and cool decor. Service was very good as well. A reasonable level of choice on the menu as well. Worth a visit Worth noting they are thorough based on any allergies”

  “A lovely spot for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or meal out with friends and family. We really enjoyed our meal, our server was efficient and chatty, the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. The building is huge, so plenty of space for indoor, outdoor, quiet corner or busy main room eating. We enjoyed the games whilst waiting for our meal.”

  “I really enjoyed our visit to Cobrizo Lounge in Newbury. I visited with my two children and we had a lovely experience from start to finish. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who immediately made my children laugh and feel welcome. We were able to choose where we wanted to sit, which was a nice touch. Ordering through my phone was incredibly convenient when dining with children. It meant we could take our time looking through the menu together, make our choices without feeling rushed, and place the order quickly and easily. The food was reasonably priced, arrived promptly, and was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was lovely throughout the visit and couldn't have been more helpful. Overall, it was a relaxed, family-friendly experience with great food and excellent service. We'd definitely visit again.”

  “We regularly use Cobrizo Lounge Newbury for lunches and late breakfasts. The food is freshly prepared and excellent too. We don’t venture far into the menu but particularly like their bacon rolls in a tasty brioche bun , the lounge breakfast and the salad choices. Coffee too is very good. The staff is what makes this restaurant an enjoyable place to visit. They are so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. They really have the personal touch.”

  “Great place in the middle of high street. Food is super delicious, there is a lot of space inside and a small terrace in the front. Service with a smile is fantastic. Toilets are clean and looked after. Get out there and enjoy some quality time with your family, friends or just on your own.”

  “Order on an app, the servers are polite and friendly, always ask about allergies, and always get seated very quickly. My favourite place for Shakshouka, tasty, portion Size is great, food is well priced. Highly recommend”

  “Not too busy on my visit on a Sunday morning. I ordered a cappuccino, sourdough toast and a freshly squeezed orange juice for a little over a tenner. No problems with the coffee or toast, but for some reason the orange juice didn't taste the best, not sure why?”

  “We stumbled upon this place accidentally on our way home from Bristol. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside, but since it was a hot day we decided to sit inside as there was no shade outside. The staff were friendly and attentive, we got seated quite soon. The food was good, everyone enjoyed what they had. I had some tapas and a side of sweet potato fries. It was all very tasty. My only comment on the food is the bread ‘fingers’. The whipped feta was delicious, but the little bread fingers it came with were super dry. I know they were toasted, but it became really dry. We liked the atmosphere too, nice moody and cosy decor, various types of seating options, at normal tables or armchairs etc. My only issue was the noise level. Although, the place itself wasn’t too busy when we were there it was extremely noisy. The music was loud, staff was what I can imagine emptying the dishwasher or washing/tidying up making lots of noise behind the bar area, felt like we were sitting in the kitchen in a busy canteen. Well, this is just my experience, someone else might not mind it. Otherwise, good place, would recommend it.”
