“Ordered through drive thru, took very long to get to us after they said to park up. They couldn’t find us even though we were in a van and no one else was. Then I realised they did not include the chicken nuggets ordered. Too late to drive back. Not impressed”

“Ordered on deliveroo at 12am… when my order finally arrived to me at 2:47 am I was all but pleased, after spending £25 for the food i received only 2 items that i actually ordered… grabted deloveroo drivers may not be a few round at this time uno i can get along with late deliveries etc but from a customers prespective if your food is going to arrive nearly 3 hours late you would atleast hope they could get your order right! But NO And to top it off deliveroo are only refunding £3 absolute joke”

“Only went because granddaughter wanted to go. Didn't like the food but I suppose that is a personal thing. Granddaughter only eat the patty left the bun. No atmosphere.”

“Went through the drive thru ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and 2 chicken nugget share boxes got home and only 1 box of nuggets. Staff don’t want to pick up the phone to resolve this issue not the first time food has been missing from my order. The food I did have was cold.”

“Ordered on deliveroo, staff mucked up and didn’t include something in the order. Okay yeah accepted responsibility but it’s not good enough to be honest. Haven’t got a nice thing to say about this McDonald’s. Not only that the burger was dry and all the food was stone cold, this isn’t the first time I’ve had them mess up my order and miss bits out. Train your staff a bit better and do better.”

“Service was speedy, bit of a queue but overall quite fast. Props to Dani, genuine proper guy, super kind and friendly and helpful. Gave us our food and went back in and got us some condiments despite it being cold outside.”
