Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers praise generous, hot portions of familiar takeaway dishes. Diners name chicken satay skewers with just the right amount of spice, crispy duck pancakes with plenty of cucumber and pakchoi, chicken chow mein, and a set meal of chicken curry rice, sweet and sour chicken balls and spring rolls that one reviewer says could feed two. Chicken and sweetcorn soup, crispy seaweed and a free munchy box also earn warm mentions, and repeat customers call the food lovely and beautiful. Close behind is a run of complaints about orders. Two reviewers describe wrong or mixed up orders, one saying staff were busy chatting and two different orders ended up in separate bags. Others fault the cooking itself: sweet and sour soup like a thick, tasteless glunge, burnt and dry chicken dumplings, chili beef in one lump, and slimy, batter-heavy Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken. One delivery customer reports a late order, a dismissive phone call, and the replacement food arriving long after the couple had said not to bother, so the whole bag went in the bin.

“I ordered Chicken Sweet and Sour Hong Kong Style. It was bright red, the chicken large chunks, slimey, not crunchy and full of batter, not much chicken. Not worth the price in my opinion and there are much better options out there!”
