Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the food arriving hot, with the chicken chow mein singled out as a regular order and the gravy called the best in town by one diner. Generous portions and fast delivery come up repeatedly, and several describe orders turning up on time and full of flavour. Staff are described as friendly, polite and willing to go above and beyond, and one reviewer says they travel from outside Blyth for it. A couple of reviewers report a very different experience. One describes a duck starter that was cold, rice that had set hard and a watery curry that seemed stored rather than freshly made. Another waited three hours for a delivery, was told the order could not be cancelled or refunded because it was being prepared, and left three phone messages that were never returned.
