  “My white female friend went in got a portion of chips, filled the the brim. I go in as a coloured person, get around 30% less chips. Quite honestly the most prejudice shop ever. Never used to have a problem here as they used to give equal sizes to everyone. 2nd time happened to..”

  “The gluten free fish and chips are nice but the smell really lingers. With normal fish and chips you can smell it but it’s not too strong and goes away quickly however it seems that the gluten free version really does permeate. My clothes, the bag I put it in and the fabric of my laundry basket/bag and my car stinks of fish. The lingering smell lasts for weeks regardless of air fresheners and washing fabric items, this is really off putting and is not worth it for me.”

  “I go here every week so I’m upset at the service I received tonight, I sat there half an hour while people were served fresh fish. There was one sad piece of fish sitting there as long as I was and I just knew they were going to try to give it to me so I watched and saw the manager say give that one to me (he said my name) and sure enough they gave me the fish that was skinny, unbattered and old so not only was I kept waiting which is fine but they could have tried to give it me earlier! They called me and I said no, I don’t want that one and they got really ratty with me and were down right rude. I’m the customer, I’m the one paying 16 pounds for a cod and chips so surely I can ask for a fresh one without encountering hostility. This is a very popular shop so they won’t care that they have lost me as a customer but I will as I looked forward to my treat each week”

  “Really awesome Place been a few times since moving near by, Great food options especially if you are Gluten free and even Vegan!! Staff are very friendly and on point especially the managers!! (Service with a smile) Will definitely be ordering more Triple Cooked Chips!!!!!!!!”

  “Ok, so this was my first time trying this chippy. My first thoughts were, It’s expensive, which it is (£10 for a small cod and it was quite small), however the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The batter on the fish was lovely and crisp and the fish inside was quite obviously fresh. The chips were cooked to perfection but the best part of this meal was the curry sauce, which was 10/10. By the way we bought a large chips which looked like it was enough for 4 people. Of all chippies we’ve tried in MK this is the best so far. We’d definitely recommend this place.”

  “I popped in today and I was glad I did. The team helped me understand the gluten free menu and I ordered cod, chips and a curry sauce. It was made fresh and tasted fantastic. I will definitely visit again soon 🫶🏾”
