  “The food was of good quality as well as being warm and fresh. The staff were very friendly, polite and kind. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was very comfortable. The bill was very reasonable for how much we ordered and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

  “I placed my order through the app using reward points, and because of how the order was processed I ended up short of a quarter piece of chicken compared with what I should have received. I explained this clearly to the managers, but they refused to understand or resolve the issue. Instead, they kept repeating that they “cannot do anything,” which left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer.”

  “I have to say a massive thank you to Leisa and Tommy the Manager and the whole team for last night! They served us and we manged to get a takeaway at 9.55pm and it was delicious! We knew we were risking it turning up 5 minutes before closing but they really delivered the best customer service ever! We are from Harrow near Wembley and if it was our local....They would have said NO! So with that said, Well done guys and girls! That is how you look after customers! Especially loyal ones! See you again soon!”

  “Nando's Head Office needs to put some respect on this team's name. Plenty was going wrong. The drinks machines were down, the restaurant was busy, it was hot, and there were plenty of opportunities for the experience to fall apart. Instead, this team absolutely delivered. The lady who seated us managed expectations perfectly from the start and kept everything positive and transparent. Even with the drinks machines out of action, the team was serving bottomless drinks from behind the bar with hardly any wait time. Honestly, they smashed it. The app doesn't take gift card payments, could have been frustrating, but Nathan who served me at the till was calm, friendly, and unbothered by the chaos around him. (Greek Nathan with the good hair) Despite a queue of people waiting and the restaurant being packed, he never made me feel rushed. The manager on duty was nice too. I asked about the ice cream machine and, despite being clearly busy, they got it refilled without hesitation. This is exactly why big companies need to appreciate their front-line staff. These are the people solving problems in real time, keeping customers happy, and turning what could have been a bad experience into one worth every penny. The teamwork, attitude, and professionalism on display were genuinely impressive. A great team, a great recovery, I hope they get the recognition they deserve.”

  “I have been to the Xscape Nando's on multiple occasions and the food, service and atmosphere has always been great. I went here on my birthday several days ago and we were seated quite quickly, we had an issue with the seating but that was fixed quite promptly. We had some issues with portion sizes, which seemed smaller than usual (chips, nuts, etc), however the food arrived quickly and it was great like usual.”

  “The food was great, as always for Nando's, but the experience was made a million times better by such a lovely lady at the counter. A Jamaican lady, and I think her name was Louise (apologies if incorrect) but she was honestly such a lovely person to speak to while I ordered my take away and while I waited. Friendly, happy and gave a shine to my day after a long day at work!! Thank you to you for making my day great! The food was lovely but your happiness and kindness made my day!”

  “Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando's Xscape! We visited as a large family group of 12, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special mention to Ash, who truly went above and beyond he kindly arranged a full area for us so we could all sit together comfortably. It made such a difference to our experience. He kept checking on us throughout, ensuring everything was perfect, and made us feel very well looked after. Also, a big thank you to Olivia (Liv) at the till, who was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful while taking our large order. She handled everything so smoothly with a great attitude. The food was amazing served quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. The ambience was great, making it a perfect place for a family gathering. There were also a few other staff members involved in serving us (unfortunately didn’t catch their names), but they were equally excellent. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience we’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “The food came extremely fast, our waiter (nathan) took care of us and was very nice and made the experience great for us. Nathan and the boss jack was very cautious of my coeliac disease and made sure everything was cooked seperately. WILL be coming again”

  “This is my third time visiting this restaurant, which has three branches near the city center. Among them, this particular location stands out for serving the most delicious and juicy chicken wings. The way they prepare them is clearly a cut above the rest. The sauces and utensils are neatly arranged and always fully stocked. Staff are attentive, regularly cleaning the self-service drink bar area to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. The space itself is comfortable, spacious, and very well-kept. Out of the three branches in the city center, this one consistently offers the best service and the tastiest food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and care in both food and experience.”

  “Great food as always. I can never get enough of Nando’s chicken. Tasty, large portions and served in a timely manner. I also love how this restaurant just like the others are unique with their own character. Really has a good vibe. The issues I found were when one of the Nandocas was dealing with a difficult customer she was swearing out loud in front of us walking away from the table. Dropped an F bomb in the restaurant. Not good. Also, the manager and supervisor were stood by the unmanned till despite there being a queue and only one till in use. They could have easily served the next customer and cleared the queue. When I worked for Nando’s, I’d always stop clearing tables or what I was doing if it wasn’t urgent and serve on till to ease business. Professionalism definitely needs work here.”
