A special thank you to Will, who was an amazing waiter! He helped us choose our dishes and wine, gave great recommendations, and managed to look after all the tables around us so quickly and attentively. His service was truly excellent!   “Service was efficient and friendly. The portion sizes were very generous. We had 3 courses so we had a great selection of the menu. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our lunch.   “Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered Pasta Bolognese and Lasagne, and I honestly cannot believe the quality of what I received. The lasagne alone cost £17.49 and arrived completely cold, with a portion so small it looked more like a child’s meal. Worse than the size was the quality. The lasagne was watery and completely broken apart, the meat was mushy and over-minced with a very unpleasant smell, and the food did not seem fresh. I tried it but simply could not eat it. What I received also looked nothing like the lasagne advertised on the menu. The advertised dish shows a proper lasagne with layers, béchamel and melted cheese. Mine looked completely different. I have photos of exactly what was delivered. For £17.49 for one lasagne, I expected a hot, fresh, properly prepared restaurant meal. Unfortunately, what I received was nowhere near an acceptable standard. Very poor quality, extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price.”

  “Had dinner late evening at this place with my partner, when it was a little more quiet. Had an excellent time, our waiter was very polite and attentive to us and he made sure our food was good. Food and price was great. Will definitely come back again”

  “Good location in shopping centre - overlooking the changeable venue area (opposite John Lewis). The prices are reasonable, and the portion size is good. There was lots of seating available when we arrived around 11:30 am. The toilets were clean (up the stairs), but I believe there are disabled toilets on the ground floor. it’s worthwhile checking the app or their website, as they often run offers.”

  “Me and my friend came here for my birthday lunch yesterday (17/06/26) and it was a very good feed!! 🍕 The meat feast pizza was a die for and would recommend to meat eaters 🍕 and the fruit smash cocktail was lovely too and this is what I had to drink 🍹 The dips were a DIE FOR too! 😍 It was a good feed and I believe her name was Andreea, she looked after us and was decent to us, so all was good ✌🏻”

  “Excellent service and lovely food! Our server (pretty sure he was the manager — and a very handsome one 😄) was amazing! He greeted us so warmly and gave us a nice table. I came with my mum, and we had carbonara and spaghetti with meatballs — both were super tasty! Maybe could’ve used a bit less oil and a touch more sauce, but honestly, can’t complain. You can tell the chefs make everything with care and pretty fast too! 🍝✨”
