  “Amazing grilled chicken , I collected my order on a busy Saturday and got home and it was still hot and tasty and tender and succulent , so yes the best I've had in Milton Keynes and it's a genuine Portuguese resteraunt so you can sit down for casual dinning.”

  “Oh my God, the food was amazing and as soon as I took the first bite of the half chicken, I knew i would be a regular customer. It's all home made with their own secret source that is put on the chicken, and it blows nandos out of the water and a hell of a lot cheaper..the chicken was succulent and not dry. The only advise is to book in advance, and that is a reflection on how amazing the food is..x”

  “The staff members are very polite and kind. The service was amazing. The food was delicious, especially the rice. The steak that I ordered was made perfectly. And finally, the homemade dessert was one of the best desserts I ever tried. I would recommend going here.”

  “Came in for a delicious meal the other day. The chicken is beautifully salty and garlicky. Cooked over coals on a spit. Excellently cooked by one of the owners. The chap who welcomed us in and served us is incredible friendly and helped us choose our meal. We have the chorizo, the black pudding, steak and chicken wings. All were delicious. This place is great and well worth a visit!”

  “This place was absolutely amazing! Firstly the food was so authentic, delicious and if I could rate more than 5 I would! Each and every thing was cooked to perfection and with love and care. Authentic, home cooking. The best Portuguese food in the UK hands down. Then the service was so good. We had a table for 2 hours but the owner was so accommodating and catered to our every need. The atmosphere was fantastic and there is a real family and community vibe. You won’t want to leave, we didn’t want to! Thank you so much! We will be back asap!”

  “I had a great experience at House of Chicken from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and made to feel at home. The service was excellent, really friendly and genuine. The food was just as good, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Nice little touch with the Portuguese shop at the back as well, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, a really good spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend!”

  “I have to thank a friend of mine for recommending me this place. I love these kind if places, being Spanish is like going back home but saving the flight tickets. It's strange no one is talking about the shop at the back, please have a look. We couldn't resist leaving without buying cheese, wine, and some other things you'll never find in UK supermarkets. Food was fantastic, and I really like Portuguese beer, pleasant experience. Nice small restaurant.”
