“I have used this place for a long time and would always recommend the parmos. (Certainly not anymore). I placed an order for collection yesterday 18th March. This is my second time in around 6 weeks. The first of of these 2 occasions, I ordered 1 plain pork & 1 plain chicken parmo. I was given the the pork but the other was a parmo hotshot. I phoned the shop and they sent me the correct one about 20 minutes later. The chicken in this parmo just didn't taste right, very squidgy when chewing and most was left. My latest order was yesterday 18th March. We ordered 2 large pork parmos, (1 with mushrooms) priced over £43. I was told to collect in 20 minutes. I went after the 20 minutes but was waiting for another 15. Whilst waiting, I could see my parmos were done but then I saw the guy cooking them pointed out my receipt to another staff member that 1 should have had mushrooms. I thought that's the reason for the 15 minutes wait. It was put back under the grill to cook my mushrooms. The girl serving apologised for my wait and said she was waiting for the homemade chips I ordered!. The parmos were not good, especially the one with mushroom. It was so crispy top and bottom, it hurt the gums when trying to eat it. If I could give a zero star, I would. Absolutely disgusting.”
