  “I revisited this takeaway hoping standards had improved, but unfortunately, the food was still unacceptable. The meal was undercooked (not even 50% fried), with burnt naan in some areas and undercooked in others. The chicken donner portion was very small, with hardly any meat, and the quality was extremely poor. Even worse, my wife suffered food poisoning after eating here on 2024. I specifically asked if the food was cooked fresh and was assured it was, but clearly, it was not. This was a waste of money, a health risk, and very disappointing. I will not return and strongly advise others to avoid this takeaw 💬 Facebook Review (casual & strong impact): Gave this place another chance but honestly, never again! Food was half-cooked, naan burnt in some spots and raw in others, and the donner portion was a joke – hardly any meat at all. Total waste of money. To top it off, my wife got food poisoning on April 2025 after eating here 🤦‍♂️. Asked if the food was fresh, they said “YES” – obviously not! Very, very disappointed. Unsafe food, poor quality, and misleading staff. Avoid this place at all costs!”

  “Waste of time and money even microwave ready meal way better than this dry and rubbery doner, management even make people fool like it is how it is to be, ridiculous answer, munch is disrespecting food, serving non standard old food to customers. Old meat mixed with too dry dark, thanks for making my evening bad, hope they improve and get some food passion instead of money passion only”

  “Ordered lamb sizzler the other night & enjoyed it so ordered it again tonight, what I got was the cheaper kebab at sizzler price, I've order from munch at least twice a week, I don't think they will be getting any more orders from me as I also pay for delivery & the drivers refuse to use stairs to 2nd floor (no lift) I have to go down and find them on the road,”

  “Ordered a burger and munch box tray (Donner wings and chips. Salad and sauce) Burger was dry. Not edible. The box was okay. The chips was the only thing that was decent. Price was not bad. But Donner meat was like rubber. The wings were not edible either. Dry and looked overage. Won’t be ordering again. The place has awesome potential.”
