“When the food arrived the curry sauce and the egg fried rice was damaged looking like the bag had been dropped or banged I still managed to make use of the food and the food we eaten was delicious the salt and pepper chips was amazing would we also got a free bag of prawn crackers 😛 all specific instructions was followed by the restaurant. It’s just a shame the food was damaged. Would have been a 5 star otherwise.”

“Food order through Big Foodie who dont respect their customers either. Sub standard food poorly secured with loose gravy laden meal spilling its contents and spoiling everything in the bag. Mixed grill main meal smaller off and was refused by my dog who eats EVERYTHING! Both Big Foodie and restaurant refused responsibility and offered £5 voucher for another sh1t order from restaurants with poor customer service. Take my advice, save your money and use both takeaways and platforms you can trust! 🙌”

“Very rarely order takeaway nowadays but did so today as I had an Uber Eats voucher to use. I ordered a Beef Szechuan and they sent a Beef Sweet & Sour with no spiciness at all. Really disappointing.”
