Customer Review Summary
Salt and pepper chips come up most, and reviewers split sharply on them. One calls them the best in the area, while others describe them as soggy, cremated, old and shrunken, or so salty the meal was inedible. Salt and pepper chicken gets similar mixed reactions, loved by one reviewer and called chewy by another. Satisfied diners praise friendly, polite staff, food that arrives hot, fresh and plentiful, and favourites such as sweet and sour pork and crispy duck. The complaints are detailed. Salt and pepper spare ribs were described as fat and gristle swimming in grease, and beef satay as boiled and overcooked. One delivery reportedly sat waiting for a driver far longer than expected and then arrived wrong. One reviewer also questions the owner's glove-handling hygiene. Another says that after phoning to complain about the satay, they were repeatedly asked what they wanted done, were offered the same meal again, and then had the phone put down on them by the manager.

“I got Salt n pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken. Chips was cremated you couldn’t bite and chicken was chewy. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be going back I’ll stay with my local”

“The meal was so salty it was inedible The order was salt and pepper wings and salt and pepper chips along with beef chow mein. The chips were old and shrunk there was barely any potato in them. The only decent part of the meal was the chow mein which was ok but not great. This was the 2nd time I haven't been happy with the food I will not be going for a third..”

“Great takeaway. The food is brilliant and the staff are very friendly. I normally get sweet and sour pork or crispy duck but there is a vast array of different dishes on the menu to choose from. I also don’t live that far away from it so it’s always piping hot when I get it home.”
