  “I had my nails done here for the first and last time. I had acrylic on my hands and big toes & gel on the rest of my toes. Every single nail on my hands has atleast 1 crack in, they started cracking 4 days after I originally had them done. They are all cracked really low down over my natural nail underneath so if they fully snap it will rip my natural nail off with it. I went back to fix some of the nails and they charged me, that’s fine! But the ones they fixed have cracked as well now. The acrylic on my big toes is awful it’s really thick and looks like a horse shoe on the end and he didn’t even paint the gel on straight on my other toes. I’ve been getting acrylic for over 10 years and know how to take care of them. I can stretch to a month for infills and have never had all my nails crack like this! Also the blond woman is pretty rude and had a stinking attitude.(think she’s the owner) I definitely won’t be returning and will go back to my original place. If I could give 0 stars I would.”

  “Went in to get my eyebrows vaxed and tinted,asked for lifht brown ended up with black eyebrows with my ginger hair.She put on the fye and told me pay and then i can leave and i should vipe it off after 10 min.I said what???These people will make a clown out of you and tell you how nice you look!Never again!”

  “I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit. As a regular customer, I was asked to sign a consent form upon arrival and was informed I'd have a 15-minute wait. While I understand the need for forms and potential wait times, I was very disappointed to observe that two clients who arrived approximately 10 minutes after me were immediately seen for their eyebrow appointments, meanwhile I waited 30 minutes as if I was invisible. They were not questioned about the consent form upon arrival as I was, and their service began without any apparent wait. This inconsistency in how clients are treated, especially regarding wait times and the initial check-in process, is unacceptable. This resulted significantly delayed therefore, I’ve missed an important personal commitment. Won’t be returning again for any treatments.”

  “All the staff at Lemon Nails are absolutely amazing. I had my nail extensions done and the service was brilliant from start to finish. They even added an extra design and did not charge me for it, which was so kind. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Lemon Nails. A true 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.”

  “Went in for my child who is 8 nails pink polish with a heart and didn't even do a good job and over charged me £25 when rest locals are doing kids for £12 , I will be contacting the council about this”

  “Hate to leave a bad review because I’ve used this Nail Bar for years but my last experience was so disappointing! Busy time of year I understand, but I got my nails done and after having them on a week and a half they have all lifted and I’ve had to take them off. 2 staff working on 3-4 people at the same time it was rushed so I felt like I didn’t get the correct time and attention on my nails. Was left ages in between sections and was told a couple of times to leave my hand straight because it needs to dry, which I did but sorry, I then waited 30 minutes to get the next part done. I also didn’t ask for a Christmas design but was offered so I said yes and even spoke about what I liked, I got a glitter lime across my French tip and was charged £45 the same that the lady next to me was charged who got a design on every nail which is unfair and a clear sign that they were rushing and makes me wonder if it’s just to make the money fast over doing a good job. Also, my cuticles weren’t cut prior to having acrylics done so I’ve had long bits of dead’s skin/nails to sort out once my nails popped. Lastly, a couple of hours after having acrylics, the nails were so painful, which is usually an indicator they were not done correctly. Can only speak for my experience and this is the first time in 9 years or so of going I’ve had this experience. It’s put me off, I’ll be trying somewhere new to see if the service compares. 👎🏻”

  “Go here if you like to waste your time. I came here to get infills during my lunch break, waited my turn. The lady takes of the old nails, then goes to start working on another person then goes to do some ones brows while I’m waiting in the seat with half nails. It’s very unprofessional and just rude. No regard for people’s time. This is not the first time my time is being regarded as I usually come here to get my nails done but I think I’m just fed up as it always the same issue and can never go back here.”

  “I had my nails done for the very first time here today and I will definitely be going back there the staff are really nice and friendly especially holly she’s so nice and I live in Wythenshawe but go up to gorton about once a month and there’s no decent nail salons in Wythenshawe they are very rude in Wythenshawe to be honest so I’m definitely going back here and am really happy with my nails”
