  “a few weeks ago i came to this beauty salon with my 13 year old daughter and she wanted to get some trendy side part with a side bangs and because i am a cool mum , i allowed her to get it . the lady there had told my daughter to dry her own hair and she was on her lunch break while doing my daughter's hair and coming home my daughter had a nasty cucumber and egg sandwich stench in her hair. they gender confused lady said it would be 10-15 pound and the price ended up to be £30 . DO NOT RECOMMEND. 2 STARS. stars also being the app we message on”

  “I was disappointed with my facial experience. The facial massage lasted only around 7–8 minutes, which wasn’t what I expected for a paid facial. I didn’t spend my money for such a short massage I was expecting a much more thorough and relaxing treatment. After that a face mask was left on for about 20 minutes, and I was simply left alone. At other salons I’ve visited, therapists usually continue with a shoulder, neck, or hand massage while the mask is on, but nothing like that was offered here. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and didn’t meet my expectations. I left feeling disappointed rather than refreshed, so I wouldn’t recommend it.”

  “I went today for the first time and the ladies were very welcolming and friendly, I was made to feel very comfortable. I had my lashes tinted, the lady that did them was considerate and at pains to ensure I was comfortable. I had a full body massage by Husna. It was amazing, I was so relaxed I was almost asleep. Husna was keen to ensure the pressure was right for me throughout the massage. I felt the benefits for hours afterwards. The whole visit was a lovely experience and I willcertainly go back again.”

  “This was my first time visiting for a bikini wax. Unfortunately, the woman who waxed me was very rough and I asked politely if she could be gentle, and she proceeded to continue and then say it was because I was sensitive. She did apologise and I agreed to her continuing, however, I still had to ask her to be softer. She also said she waxed a 13 year old girl and she didn't complain, which I found very strange. On the way out the person who charged me (I understand now she is the owner) asked me how everything was and I said I wasn't happy. The woman who waxed me overheard, and decided to continue talking over me and implying I was the problem. I understand waxing hurts but someone being rough with you, especially with an intimate part of your body, doesn't make you want to come back. She refused to listen to me and justified it by saying she has 15 years of experience. I don't like writing bad reviews but this was a really horrible experience as a customer and the woman nor the owner helped. I won't be back.”
