“we ordered drinks, they went to the wrong table, after i spoke to the manager i explained the mistake to her and she said “no sorry there’s nothing i can do” and had to pay for new drinks, id rather go to the slug round the corner where they actually care about their guests. cheap night out turned expensive because the manager couldn’t be bothered, and they were all complaining at the dispense area that they couldn’t get someone to clean their glasses…”

“Ok. First Werherspoons. My wifes cider did not come out tap as listed at the bar but rather a box in the frig. No carbonation- horrible taste. The Beer ordered was also rubbish. Its cheap yes I get it but you get what you pay for. Pereril of the peaks far superior. Avoid at all costs unless costs are all that matters”

“The pub should be renamed The Waiting Queue! One Queues to be served (for an age) by the lone bartender. Then one queues for the coffee machine (for an age). The staff, when they had time for ye, were delightful. It’s a popular and interesting place - let down, I suspect by poor management skills. The coffee was good!”
