  “I came with my brother to have a dinner at 21.09 and I was said that I could have only order takeaway, but the place closes at 21:30. So please upload your closing time if I come at 21:09 I espect to get a table. Especially there were other customers that I have seen they were just starting their dinner. Anyway this is what you want I won't come anymore. Just an advice for other customers the closing time is 21:00 because staff wants to go home. Goodbye.”

  “Every time my girlfriend and I come to this place, they always forget or mess up our order. Just now we ordered a takeaway and they did not deliver half of our order. Moreover, when we tried to contact them, no one picked up. If you want a much better service and food, go to Sushi Co in Hendon. We will never come here again.”

  “First time eating at Kiyoto at lunchtime on Sat and the sushi, gyozas and miso soup were delicious. You can watch the sushi being freshly prepared. Food quality and taste really good. They have around 7 tables so it's a nice size, not to big and each table was occupied. I only gave 4* for service because there was only 1 staff serving but tbh it wasn't a big issue. If you haven't been and love fresh sushi it's a winner just try it! Can't wait to visit again soon.”

  “As we walked in, the lady seemed unhappy to see us, as the place was empty inside. She said the only table available was outside or at the bar, so we decided to sit outside. The service was terrible. I waited outside while everyone at the counter did nothing. I had to go inside to place the order myself. Then I had to serve my own table—plates and chopsticks included. It was a very horrible experience. Even after paying, the restaurant was still empty. I work in the restaurant business and understand how it operates—they really need to make some changes. We won’t be coming back.”

  “It kinda changes the game.... From the moment we walked in we were greeted by George who seated us quickly and started walking us trough the menu! He recommended the Dragon Roll for starters and we asked for their best dish for mains! After a few quick questions in regards to our taste in food George was confident we will love the Black Cod Miso and boy it was amazing! Whilst waiting for the mains we started talking to Fabian because I loved the way they rolled and prepared all of the food! He came across as an amazing person that loves the job! We also met chef Tan! George was in charge of the restaurant and he was very busy but he made time to see us 2 or 3 times just to make sure everything is allright! Everything was allright! We will go there again for sure!”
