  “Love kiyoto, love the food here a lot. Got the sashimi salad which is a great portion. Service needs to be a bit quicker during dinner time. There were waiters standing around when we could clearly see our food waiting there (10+ minutes), and only when we made eye contact they realised and brought the food over.”

  “Great sushi and very fresh ingredients. Everything tasted excellent and the quality was spot on. The only small thing was that the Dragon Roll was a bit larger than the usual size, which made it slightly harder to eat, but the flavour was fantastic. Overall, a great experience and I would happily order again.”

  “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly ridiculous. The food is outstanding, but the service has been extremely disappointing. I called three days in a row, only to be told each day that they were sold out. Then today, when I tried to order a salmon set, I was told over the phone that they were sold out again and wouldn’t receive another delivery until tomorrow. So I placed a different order. Around 30 minutes later, I checked the app and saw that the salmon set had suddenly been restocked. I immediately called the restaurant, explained the situation, and was asked for my order number. After giving it, I was simply told the driver had already left and there was “nothing they could do” before the call was abruptly ended. Really frustrating experience, especially considering how good the food actually is.”

  “Hands down one of the best sushi places in London. Honestly I dont want to write this review because I'd love to keep this place a secret - but they absolutely deserve the recognition. The food is outstanding and of the highest quality”

  “We were asked to sit at the counter, which is ok, but half of it was used by the chef to hold bottles of sanitizer next to kitchen rolls and dirty equipment. He had a container of rice that he kept refilling by adding the fresh rice on top of old rice when it was getting low. VERY DANGEROUS. On top of that while we sit at the counter for 1.5h the chef never changed his gloves once or washed his hands after touching his face. The hot food was not bad at all, but I had to gather some courage to eat the sushi, hoping not to get a food poisoning. Imagine going out on a date and having to eat on a table next cleaning products, equipment and the container of the sushi rice that the chef used for the service. The food was not bad per se, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing.”

  “I had a wonderful experience at Kiyoto Sushi. The Tiger Roll was excellent, fresh, and well presented. Loreta was very helpful and provided great service throughout our visit. Highly recommended.”

  “I come here often and the food is excellent with reasonable prices. As someone who loves prawn tempura options, their dragon roll is delicious. The service is always pleasant, everyone is incredibly friendly. Loreta has served us twice and she is absolutely lovely. These little things makes the whole experience wholesome. I wanted to write this review mainly to give her a shout-out!”

  “Delicious, fresh sushi, friendly staff. Salmon terriyaki a little on the sweeter side. Nigiri a little too much rice to fish portion. Would definitely visit again. Reasonably priced. Was fairly quite around midday Saturday, did get busy soon after for lunch.”
