  “Used to be a regular here as it was our go to for great donner. But after this order, it’s the last. From previous orders, I’ve noted they reduced the portion size down by half, but this time they’ve also given paper thin and greasy donner. Not to mention they’ve upped the price. Very unhappy with the quality. Definitely better places around.”

  “I have been coming here for 4 years and each time I have come I am amazed by the generous portion sizes, great customer service, quality of food and the generosity if you ask for something extra. Going above and beyond is an understatement. Sure, prices have crept quite steeply over the years, but what place hasn't? Overall 11/10”

  “I’m was a regular customer here I’m never going back the food was disgusting the bread was mouldy, there was two slices of bread I ate one as I was sitting in my car eating in the dark then something told me shine the light on the food I then realised that the bread was severely mouldy 🤮 🤮 luckily I’m a young healthy athletic guy if I was a person with a illness this could potentially be fatal. I am now stuck on the toilet I will never come back here again !! Do not buy !!”

  “Had a great experience at Ottomans Donner. The food was really tasty, fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous and good value for money. Friendly service and a nice atmosphere as well. Definitely recommend if you’re after a quality doner!”

  “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care — everything we ordered was spot on and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous and great value for money. The service was just as impressive: friendly, welcoming, and really attentive without feeling rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Easily one of the best places I’ve eaten at recently — will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!”

  “Ive been a repeat customer for a long time now so i know how good they use to be. Nowadays when i order it just gets worse and worse. I asked for sauce and what i get instead is nothing and without the sauce, the meat is unbelievably dry and inedible. I asked for mix doner and paid for extra meat but all i got was a little bit of lamb and almost no chicken. I thought when i opened the box i would get alot of meat but instead i got 90% chips/rice and 10% meat. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment and eat somewhere else.”

  “Oh! My days! This is the baddest Doner Kebab spot in London! Do you know how soft and tender the meat is! Some places, the meat is so heavy and sticky with a lot of fat. This place, no grease or nothing! Just good flavours with amazing sauce! The burger was insane! The doner box was delicious and light. The meat patties were so fresh and soft! Cooked perfectly! The chicken doner was nice too, flavours were lovely bro 😉 but the winner the lamb doner hands down! Get the Empire burger!
