Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the rooftop terrace, where the Nordic-Asian menu is described as creative, tasty and well presented. The honey butter bread starter, served with fennel and lingonberry butter, draws praise from more than one diner. The wild blueberry and almond cake, birch sparkling wine, wine pairings and mocktails are also mentioned, and blankets are on hand for cooler evenings. Servers are frequently called attentive and good with food and wine recommendations. Complaints are fewer but specific. One diner says the dishes go cold quickly and that catching a waiter's attention between courses was difficult, another calls the service slow and imprecise at times, and one found the scrambled eggs with trout average. Bees drawn by the lavender and a dog inside bothered one reviewer, who also felt the rooftop offered little to see. One brunch party reports an undercooked egg on the egg royal and florentine, and staff offered the option of not paying for the food.

“The atmosphere was stunning, the ambience relaxing and the staff was welcoming. We had the egg royal and florentine. Overall the food was good however the egg was undercooked, which made us feel uncomfortable eating it. However the staff was attentive and when we complained they gave us the option of not paying for the food.”

“From the decor, the service, the food, the rooftop restaurant offers an exquisite experience. The Nordic -asian fusion is delightful and fills the palate with warmth. The waiter was attentive to our requests and was great with recommendations. A must visit place for a special experience.”

“The food was amazing and very tasty, however it will go cold very quickly. And whilst the atmosphere was very tranquil and intimate, the service was lacking as it took forever to get a waiter's attention between dishes. Staff nevertheless friendly. Price is very appropriate for the area (Knightsbridge),so expect to spend between £30-35 per person for a starter, a main and still water.”

“The best place to eat in London! The service was so attentive, all staff really care about the guest experience which is shown by great recommendations for food and wine. The food was delicious, with no complaints and very full tummy’s! I enjoy sitting out on the rooftop terrace especially in the sunshine, but they do have blankets to help you keep warm. Can’t hype this place up enough!”

“Gorgeous space and very interesting menu. I had the honey and fennel bread with lingonberry butter as a starter and it tasted amazing. They also have a nice selection of mock tails and cocktails and the food was very well presented.”
