  “Osteria Romana delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. ​The customer service was exceptional—our server, Alex, went above and beyond with thoughtful details, including clipping fresh basil right at the table to go with our bread and olive oil. ​As for the food, every dish hit the mark: ​Roman Style Gnocchi with Black Truffle Sauce & Pecorino Cheese: Perfectly rich, aromatic, and comforting. ​Rigatoni with Oxtail Ragu & Pecorino Cheese: Hearty, tender, and full of deep, authentic Roman flavor. ​It’s rare to find a place that balances incredible, traditional food with such genuine, attentive hospitality. Highly recommended!”

  “This place is a hidden gem 😍 a cosy small restaurant with authentic Romanian food. We had oxtail rigatoni , steak fillet and pasta with black truffle. All dishes were full if flavor and the waiters were very attentive. Mario and Roberto were very friendly and gone on and beyond to accommodate us and our special dietary. I highly recommend this place. The only thing we wished to do is sit outdoor however all tables were taken.”

  “An authentic Roman restaurant. Great choices of pasta. Very rich main courses We had Fettuccine with prawns, tortellini with truffle, rigatoni with oxtail and grilled sea bass All the dishes were yummy Dinner was for a birthday party. The restaurant kindly presented a complimentary Tiramisu and a birthday song”

  “First of all, Ayoub, who was serving outside, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The venue is located on a side street, and unfortunately mobile data reception was very poor. The Wi-Fi connection also kept dropping, so I would recommend upgrading to a more modern and reliable Wi-Fi system. Even with a UK mobile network, I struggled to get a signal, likely because of the surrounding buildings. The food was good — not exceptional, but definitely enjoyable and satisfying if you’re craving this type of cuisine. The portions were generous, and the venue has a unique and interesting atmosphere that adds to the overall experience.”

  “Located in a lovely, quiet Knightsbridge side street, Osteria Romana completely lived up to the hype. The interior is beautiful and welcoming, and the vibe throughout the restaurant is fairly casual—not stuffy at all, which is rare for Italian restaurants in London. The service was excellent. Our waiter was highly professional, and I loved the touch of having fresh basil right on the table. Starting off the meal with their fresh bread, high-quality olive oil, and basil was a great introduction. The menu selection is sharp and impressive. The sliced pork starter, Porchetta di Ariccia, was outstanding and absolutely worth a try. For the main courses, both pasta dishes we ordered were delicious and perfectly prepared al dente. You can truly taste authentic Italy in every bite. This has officially become my new go-to Italian restaurant in London. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best pasta in Knightsbridge.”

  “Osteria Romana was the first restaurant I visited in London, and did they ever set the bar HIGH. The atmosphere and staff are incredibly kind, warm, accommodating and it felt like I’ve been there before. Ayoub, our server, is not only personable with a great sense of humour, but attentive and his pacing was exceptional. The entire dining experience was perfect from start to finish, and we cannot wait to go back. The food is impeccable and still dream about it now. Thank you, Ayoub, and all the staff at Osteria Romana for kicking off our girls vacation the right way. Unforgettable evening!!”

  “I don't think I can say better praise than giving a perfect score. The wine selection is very good. The food is amazing and authentic with fresh ingredients, fresh pasta and it's very hard to hide mistakes in simple dishes. The food is very homely and amazing and beautiful. Having traveled Italy it's like a slice of home in London. The carbonara was delicious, the Ragu rigatoni was amazing and the parmesana melazana was superb.”

  “Visited Osteria Romana yesterday and had a really great experience overall. The food was excellent — everything was exactly to my taste and beautifully presented. You can tell they focus on quality and authenticity. The service was also very good: friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The only downside is that the tables are quite close to each other, so it can get a bit noisy and you might hear other people’s conversations. Overall, I would definitely recommend it, especially for the food .”

  “We had dinner at the Osteria Romana for my sister’s birthday. It a beautiful cozy place that gives Italian family restaurant vibes. Jesus made our time so special. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the artichoke Pinza, sea bass and the black truffle pasta. And the tiramisu was excellent!”

  “The truffle cheese pasta at Osteria Romana truly lives up to its reputation. Our family of three ordered three different pasta dishes: the oxtail paccheri, the red prawn pappardelle, and the black truffle cheese pasta. Each dish had its own character. The cheese in the truffle pasta was incredibly rich and indulgent. The red prawn pasta had a beautiful sauce that coated the pasta perfectly, and the oxtail paccheri was wonderfully fragrant with deep, comforting beef flavours. The restaurant also knew we were celebrating a birthday, and they surprised us with a birthday song and even gifted us a tiramisu as a birthday cake. It was truly a five-star dining experience.”
