  “I really don't get how this place is STILL going after so many years, stopped here to get some chips and chicken poppers (which they don't even do?) and then I opted for the regular chips for £2:50/2.30 (absolute bump) especially with the quality of chips I ended up getting and then the box wasn't even sealed properly, I remember going here after a night out a few years ago and I think the food was better back then, I believe boss man chicken and chips shops help community but it baffles me how these guys have managed to changed with the times with mid food and subpar service...”

  “Today I visited PFC Mare Street to buy food for my child and had a very disappointing experience. After placing my order, I noticed the staff member who took my payment scratching his nose. I politely asked him to wash his hands, as I didn’t feel comfortable with him handling anything related to my food. He told me he wouldn’t be dealing with the food and that someone else in the back would prepare it. However, when I looked over, I saw the staff member preparing the food rubbing his face with his hands. I again politely asked that proper hygiene be followed, as this is basic and expected in any food establishment. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the staff member responded rudely and told me to “go and do better at home” and not complain. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and I made it clear that customers should not be spoken to like that. On top of this, the staff were very slow and the waiting time was far too long. Overall, the hygiene standards, customer service, and efficiency were all unacceptable.”

  “So good we visited twice... Great value, excellent food, much better than the well known big brand. Guy serving (owner?) worked flat out to ensure a speedy service, kept customers happy, was very efficient, and put in a lot of effort.”

  “Randomly run over mare street , suddenly saw Original PFC ,Just for check out the food quality orsder Smash burger , Chiken wings with chips: Wings: I think I have oredered best wings , what a delicious wings , Top notch flavour and extra ordinarily make which is more tasty. Burger : This a traditional food ever I have taste , Really hatts off their making procces and outstanding tast. overall, I'd highly recommended this resturent for thwir food quality , Hygiene , and Good family environment”
