  “Nice food, served quickly. Pretty restaurant for a Nando's and was decently quiet on a Sunday evening, so we enjoyed a booth. Personally much preferred the old vegan imitator wrap recipe, but nothing they can do about that. The ice machine was out of order (they did let us know up front). But the 4 stars is cause of the drinks machine - the dr pepper was completely white/ clear, the colas were also super low on syrup so tasted weird. We mentioned it to the staff but there was nothing they could do and were very blasé - a bit frustrating as we each spent £4.25 on bottomless drinks, just to pour them back out.”

  “Very accommodating (especially Alessia)! She would check in on us and make sure that everything was there and that we were good throughout the night! Made us feel welcome the moment we walked in! Thank you!!”

  “Had a lovely visit to Islington Nando’s! Shamima was really nice to us - so friendly and attentive, made the whole experience even better. Food came out quick and tasted great as always. Will definitely be back!”

  “We went here on Friday night after a few hours of travel. I had not been to a Nando's in 10 years! (the last time I went was in uni) The staff were so incredibly nice and gave great recommendations. They even gave us some fridge magnets. 10/10 would recommend 😻”

  “Juliet provided excellent customer service today. From the moment she saw me waiting, she greeted me with a warm smile and let me know she’d be with me shortly. She was friendly, polite, and made me feel very comfortable with her positive attitude and genuine conversation. I came in alone for a business meeting and was feeling a little awkward, but Juliet’s kindness and professionalism completely put me at ease. She was welcoming to everyone, greeting customers as they arrived and left, and it was clear she genuinely cares about people. She also helped me sign up for the Nando’s Rewards card. which I really appreciated. A real credit to the whole team. Thank you, Juliet! 👏😊”

  “We had a lovely experience at the Nando’s Angel Islington branch this evening. Juliet and Marianna were very attentive and patient with us, they made sure that everything was okay for us and offered excellent service. Jerren who served us at the counter was also great, very enthusiastic. He even apologised when we had to wait a little while to order our food. The food was also fresh and hot, we really enjoyed it. Very speedy service. Thank you Nando’s Angel Islington!”

  “I finally got to visit Nando’s in Islington. I haven’t been in Nando’s in a long time. I used to get imitator burger before but unfortunately I didn’t see this on the menu now. I was welcomed by a lovely girl with dark hair in a pony tail. She spied with Spanish accent. She seated me and explained everything, showed me the menu offer and asked if I have any allergies. I couldn’t process my payment online with my apple pay so I had to pay by the counter. My beanie burger was just ok, nothing special. My big plate looked a bit sad with only burger and chips on the side 😄 I don’t know if I will be visiting again but if I will I am gonna try something different. The atmosphere was nice and place looked clean. Thanks.”

  “Went for dinner with a friend around 9 pm yesterday. Was welcomed by a lovely waitress. Juliet went the extra mile to make sure we enjoy our dining experience, indicating where each section is (including the toilets and where the lighting is nice) as soon as we came in, gave us some sauce recommendations and even shared her favorites. One of her colleagues at the till was also very welcoming, chatting with me and just taking time to take my order. We'll definitely be back :) We go sporadically to Nando's, but guess the Islington one may be our favourite.”

  “Got food poisoning and never got any sort of refund. I contacted them via website and got a standard thing that they checked everything and nothing could go wrong etc etc. However I was suffering from stomach ache all day”

  “I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant. I was initially served chicken that was clearly burnt. Upon requesting a replacement, I was informed that it would be changed. However, the dish that was returned to me appeared to be the same chicken, with the burnt areas merely scraped off and presented as newly prepared. This approach is unacceptable and falls well below reasonable food quality and hygiene standards. The situation caused unnecessary discomfort and embarrassment in front of my companion, who ultimately agreed to eat the meal simply to avoid further inconvenience. I do not consume burnt food, and I should not have been placed in this position. I find this level of service highly unprofessional and disappointing. I expect higher standards from Nando’s, particularly in relation to food preparation and customer care. Waste of £28!”
