  “I came to the restaurant so hungry to have a meal, so I walk in the restaurant, and head straight to a table that was free as I always do when I come into nandos brixton! The security started shouting at me saying I need to wait, I have been coming to this nandos and never been told to wait at the door unless the restaurant is very busy! So I started telling him I never had to wait at the door to be seated especially if it's lots of table free. Out of no where ur worker a black lady with the name MB sumthing on her tag came over and started telling us is either we wait to be seated or leave, first of all you dnt speak to people like that without even finding out what happen! A manager or supervisor is ment to defuse a situation instead of chasing the customer out of the store and making the customer more angry. Very very unprofessional. I will not return to this store ever again”

  “Excellent service from Giovanni. For such a busy restaurant in a very busy part of town he was absolutely holding it down, making sure everyone was happy and going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He was charming, efficient and very hospitable. The food was great and the service made it even better”

  “I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Nando’s Brixton. I ordered the Loaded Sharing Fries, but the portion I received was incredibly small. It was nowhere near what I have been served at other Nando’s restaurants and certainly not what I would expect from a dish intended to be shared. I even took a photo because I couldn’t believe how little food was served. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was told they were having “sizing issues.” I found this explanation confusing, especially as I was still charged full price. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, I felt they were dismissed. I later contacted Nando’s Customer Services and provided both my receipt and the photo. While they apologised for my experience and offered a £15 goodwill voucher, they maintained that the portion met their standards and said they would take no further action. They also told me there were no supply issues, which left me even more confused about the explanation I was given in the restaurant. I’ve always enjoyed Nando’s, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Consistency is important, and customers should receive the same standard and portion sizes they have come to expect. Unfortunately, this visit fell well below that standard.”

  “Why is there the lettuce bone in my salad??? So upsetting after waiting over 40mins for a take away. No one came to update us, they were just about to hand us boxes of salad with no chicken in, the the manager finally checked then placed our chicken inside. Get to the office and this greats me!
