Customer Review Summary
Waffles are the main draw, with reviewers praising the banana and the strawberry, banana and chocolate versions, and one pairing Lotus Biscoff with ice cream and chai. Close behind are the creamy ice cream, cake, brownies served hot with ice cream, and espresso coffee, along with a wide dessert variety and friendly staff. Chai also gets mentions, though one reviewer warns the small size really is small. The complaints carry weight. One reviewer describes waiting almost an hour for dessert while later arrivals were served within minutes, with no explanation, and a waitress who stared silently when asked about the delay. Another reports a strawberry waffle swamped in runny chocolate, a tiny cup of soft-serve and a pistachio scoop that tasted off. A third found the strawberry crepes poorly cooked, the daiquiri mostly crushed ice, and the bubblegum drink unavailable on both visits. Large groups taking up booth space also draws a mention. One reviewer notes the apple crumble was good but not very crumbly.

“Very nice restaurant. They do party bookings upto 150 people if I am not wrong. They have a basement for private event as well. The food is here so nice. Variety of dessert options. The owner Named "ATAUR" served us with special care. Highly recommend ❤️❤️”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star, and that’s generous) This was my first and absolutely last order from this dessert parlour. I am genuinely horrified that anyone has the audacity to charge premium prices for food that wouldn’t pass as below par. I ordered a strawberry waffle with chocolate and ice cream. What arrived was a waffle drowning in an unholy flood of brown liquid that claimed to be chocolate. It was so runny it felt diluted with something else entirely, and it didn’t even taste like chocolate. The result? Completely inedible. Once something resembles soup, the dessert experience is already over. The soft-serve arrived in a cup so tiny it felt more like a condiment than ice cream. Then comes the real joke: I paid £3 for a “scoop” of pistachio ice cream. Calling it a scoop is generous, it was more of a sad spoonful. And worse still, it tasted off. Lumpy, bland, tasteless, and texturally confused, like half ice cream and half expired regret. It genuinely made me question whether it was past its expiry date. This entire order felt like an insult to both my taste buds and my wallet. If you’re charging extortionate prices, the absolute minimum requirement is edible food. Customers deserve respect, quality, and portions that match the price...not melted chaos and dairy-based disappointment. Do yourself a favour: spend your money elsewhere. Your taste buds deserve better, your wallet deserves honesty, and businesses that serve food like this do not deserve recommendations. I certainly won’t be returning. Added pictures for the mess that was sent.”

“We visit this quite often. Our last experience was really bad. Waited almost for an hour for our dessert. Other customer came after us but got their dessert within 10-15 mins. The place wasn't even that busy. No one came and said anything about the food being delayed. When the waitress arrived with 1 item, I asked if it will take long for other items to arrive, she just stared at us and didn't say anything! Really poor customer service!”

“I recently visited Love & Choco dessert shop, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The desserts were absolutely mouthwatering—each bite was a delightful explosion of flavours. From rich chocolate treats to decadent pastries, everything was crafted to perfection. Additionally, the drinks were refreshing and paired wonderfully with the desserts. They perfectly complemented the sweet indulgence and added to the overall experience. The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a treat. I highly recommend Love & Choco to anyone with a sweet tooth. It's a must-visit for dessert lovers.”
