Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most consistently point to the mango sticky rice, showing up across multiple visits as the dessert people return for, alongside praise for the pistachio baklava's balance of honey and pistachio. Close behind is the shisha, with a few describing a teddy bear-shaped design as a standout, playful touch, while the Thai Wagyu and Coco Korai earn repeated mentions as favorite mains. Several reviewers also highlight the alcohol-free cocktail menu, calling drinks like the pina colada mocktail and Passionfruit Mojito refreshing and well balanced. Attentive, warm service comes up again and again, with diners describing feeling genuinely looked after from arrival. One reviewer, however, describes a visit where dishes they'd previously enjoyed tasted noticeably worse, found the pricing hard to justify against that quality, and reports that a brownie's hazelnut sauce wasn't disclosed on the menu despite a severe nut allergy, an omission they found concerning. Another reviewer notes portions run on the smaller side unless ordering several dishes to share.

“Atmosphere here was amazing. Great customer service, we were well looked after. Food was decent- we got the mixed grill and I found the lamb was a bit too tuff to chew. Shisha was amazing, you could taste the flavours and it was long lasting. The drinks were incredibly delicious. Would definitely come back again.”

“Absolutely worth a visit if you're around Canary Wharf. We went all in and tried a bit of everything — the Chicken Cheese Balls and BBQ Chicken Strips to start, then the Grilled Chicken Burger and Beef Sandwich for mains, finishing with the Lotus Cheesecake and COCO Baklava. Drinks were the Sunset Mist and Strawberry Skyline, both really refreshing and nicely presented. Honestly, the only thing that let it down slightly was the chicken itself — the quality wasn't quite there compared to everything else on the table. But the flavours, the sides, the desserts and the drinks were all excellent, and the beef sandwich was a standout. Great atmosphere and generous portions too. Would highly recommend — I'll definitely be back.”

“We’ve been there tonight for dinner, drinks and shisha and it was a wonderful experience from start to end! The food is so tasty and service is 10/10. Tahmid and Naz took great care of us and all the team were lovely. The place is so beautiful too, perfect for pictures and videos. We tried the shisha and they have one in the shape of a bear, we loved it! So original ❤️”

“We visited Coco Canary Wharf for our office lunch on a Friday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed, making it a perfect place for a team lunch. The food was delicious, and we were especially pleased that everything we ordered was halal. There was a good variety on the menu, and every dish was fresh and full of flavour. The mocktails were also excellent—refreshing, well-presented, and a great complement to the meal. The service was friendly and efficient, even during the busy lunchtime rush. Overall, a fantastic spot for office lunches, casual gatherings, or catching up with friends. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Lovely lunch at the beautiful Coco today. I had the lamb shank, King prawns and fruit salad. The food was all perfectly cooked, and the portion sizes were very generous which was amazing. The sauce for the lamb shank was bursting with flavour, and the meat was succulent and falling off the bone as it should be. Highly recommend these dishes! A big shout out to the friendly staff and servers also. We were welcomed so nicely, and the waiters were so patient and knowledgeable with helping us choose which dishes to have. All drinks are alcohol free, which was refreshing, and they had a strong variety of non-alcoholic cocktails and freshly squeezed juices. Overall a great experience with a calming, sophisticated interior.”
