  “I’ve been visiting this particular PizzaExpress at Westfield for as long as It’s been open, and it has always held a special place in my heart. The food has consistently been spectacular, and I’ve made so many lovely memories here with my family over the years. Today, I’d especially like to give a huge thank you to Alex for his wonderful service and to the amazing chefs for the outstanding quality of the food. Everything was delicious, and I genuinely enjoyed today’s experience from start to finish. It’s always lovely to return to a restaurant that consistently delivers such great food and service. I’m very happy to continue visiting PizzaExpress and making more memories here with my family. ❤️ If you haven’t visited this PizzaExpress at Westfield before, I highly recommend giving it a try! You won’t be disappointed.”

  “Went to Pizza Express for the first time around 20:00 before a film, and sadly, the service really let the experience down. We waited a while for someone to take our order — despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. As someone who works as a manager in hospitality myself, I understand things can get hectic, but even a quick update or a smile would’ve gone a long way. When the elder waitress eventually came over and took our order, I politely asked, “How long is it going to take?” so we could plan around the film. Rather than offering a rough estimate or checking with the kitchen, she snapped, “I can’t answer that, I’m not the one cooking it!” It wasn’t just the words — her tone was blunt and dismissive, as if I was being difficult just for asking a simple question. Basic respect and courtesy go a long way in this industry, and sadly that was missing here. Unfortunately We felt we were treated differently from other guests and it came across as discriminatory! Later, when we tried to pay using the QR code on the table, it showed the table number as 30 — not 130, which is where we were actually seated. The app wouldn’t process the payment because table 30 wasn’t open. I told the same waitress, “I can’t pay for table 30,” and she just said “It’s 130” in a really rude tone. When I showed her the QR clearly said 30, she snapped, “Someone must have changed it!” — no apology, no help, just more attitude. It genuinely felt like we were being a nuisance just by asking for assistance. I didn’t pay the service charge — for this kind of horrible service, it simply wasn’t deserved. Now, to be fair: the food was excellent. We had the Pollo ad Astra and Pollo Pesto, and both dishes were packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. Overall: Great food, but the service at this branch seriously needs improvement. Everyone can have a bad day, but from start to finish we were met with attitude instead of hospitality. I won’t be returning to this location with family, but I’ll definitely try more of the menu at another branch instead.”

  “Had a great experience at PizzaExpress, thanks to our server Lewis! He recommended the Calabrese pizza, which was exactly what I was looking for and tasted amazing. Lewis was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Excellent service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!”

  “Lewis was so friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. He made the best caramel iced coffee 😁. He made mine and my daughter's experience so chilled, relaxed and was just amazing. Restaurants need more staff like him!! Great customer service and people skills. Should be proud of the way you carry yourself, Lewis ❤️❤️”

  “It was an amazing experience at Pizza express Stratford. Lewis was really great, who helped us with recommendations and the food was lovely, and service was top notch. Will visit again soon. Everything we ordered was full of flavour- garden pizza, garlic bread and desserts.”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best and most delicious garlic prawn pizzas I have ever had! The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, fresh prawns, and a rich garlic flavor that made every bite amazing. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The service was also quick and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood pizza or wants to try something special. Definitely coming back again!”
