  “After years of loving pizza here, we’re probably not going to come again after some of the worst and commercially self defeating service I’ve experienced. Asking to swap ricotta for mushroom on a pizza should not receive an extra charge. And whatever the marginal cost between the half scoop of ricotta that you might use vs the 4 slices of mushroom is not quite the same as the income you’d receive from a family of five eating every week. It’s a shame but we’re not inclined to return. Plenty of other places with more agreeable and logical service.”

  “I visited Vicoli di Napoli Pizzeria in the summer and had a very pleasant experience, even though I’m only writing the review now. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a great authentic Italian taste. The service was very good. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, which made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We chose to sit outside, and I really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere of the outdoor seating area. It felt relaxed and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a meal. The tables were a little dusty, but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.”

  “The pizza was actually good if it was cooked properly , the tomato sauce was really good so the food di latte , just became cold after the first slice and after that was just a cold pizza with hard chunks of mozzarella on top. Service was not the best for a service charge of 14% , usually standard is 12.5 you get 14/15% in michelein star places and for a service where the waiter was just on her phone the whole time is not acceptable sorry. No wonder why the place is empty most of the times. Ps: a drizzle chilli oil for 2.50£ is crazy”

  “What's with the hype? It tastes good but not super amazing. And they have only 2 pizzas: margarita (tomato, basil, cheese) for £7.5, or marinara (tomato, garlic, basil). You can have double cheese (£9), or a double size marinara. 1 pizza …”

  “The pizza here is fantastic! Definitely the best Naples style pizza I've had outside of Naples. I had high expectations as I heard about this place from friends in Australia, and it sure more than lived up to my expectations! There are basically only two choices, with cheese or without, so don't go there expecting a huge variety. I recommend the double margarita (larger size with double mozzarella) 🍕”
