  “The service was ok. They accommodated us time wise - they changed nail technicians so that was not great- my issue is they sprung an extra charge of 4 pounds on me in the rnd. That’s not acceptable -she did refund me but please always ask as they do have tendency to do this.”

  “I want to share my bitter one and last experience in this salon. The horror salon!! The people are terribly unprofessional. The salon is terribly dirty in my life I have never seen a worse kept place where it is believed that a beauty service should be performed! I was shocked and in shock! The staff barely spoke English and I had to explain to 5 people what I wanted. I wanted drawings on my nails and there was no one to do it! What kind of salon is this anyway? They made me extensions that looked shockingly thick with peeling. In the end I didn't know what to do anymore, I paid and left. The next day I went to have the extensions removed, which were very thick and did not hurt my nails. I was sick of waiting for an hour while the other staff members were moving around and going to rest and eat. I could barely stand it until my turn came, my nails were terribly filed and very short, literally ruined!!! I do not recommend this terrible salon to anyone!!!”

  “I never get my nails done because of work so this was a rare experience for me and I’m so glad I selected this salon! I forgot to get her name but had the loveliest lady do my nails for me. I showed her inspiration pics of what I wanted and she painstakingly designed and painted something unique on each nail. She was very attentive to all the small details, took her time and you could see she took pride in her work. She was a delight to chat to as well and had me laughing throughout the appt. I left feeling very happy and if I could get my nails done regularly, I’d definitely go here. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

  “PERFECTION!! If you want a nail salon where you can fall asleep and wake up to perfect nails then you need to visit Nail art! I have been coming since they opened 14 years ago! I am never disappointed with their work. Their services are 10/10 no matter who you get. Helen is the best for nail art and designs! Their pedicures are incredible and the massage you get at the end is unreal!! I highly recommend this nail shop!”

  “Today, I used this salon for nail polish and I paid 40 pounds, but unfortunately they are not professional at all, they did not clean my nails after finishing the work, and all the excess material was left around my nails and they did not even apply cream around my nails. And in the photo, you can see both my hands, how unprofessional and dirty it is”
