  “Tonight we had a large party at Lokkum and had such a great experience. A special mention has to go to our waiter, Farhad, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole evening. Looking after such a large group is never easy, but he was incredibly accommodating, attentive and helpful from start to finish. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and he managed everything so calmly and professionally despite having so many people to look after. We were all really impressed with the level of service we received, and Farhad genuinely helped make the evening that much more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the restaurant. Thank you again, Farhad, for looking after us so well it was very much appreciated!”

  “We had a fantastic experience at Lokkum Bar & Grill! The food was absolutely delicious, but the service was even better. Our waiter, Farhad, looked after us throughout the whole evening and made sure everything was perfect. His friendly and attentive service really made the experience even more enjoyable for both me and my wife.All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional, which created a lovely atmosphere from start to finish. We genuinely felt well looked after and enjoyed every moment of our evening. I would definitely recommend Lokkum Bar & Grill to anyone looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. We’ll certainly be coming back!”

  “Me and my partner came to Lokkum Bar & Grill for the first time for our date night. The decor from outside is very nice, good for pictures. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a very friendly and polite welcome from reception. The food and drinks were very good, especially the cocktails. We didn’t have to wait long for the food which was delicious. Overall the experience and customer service from all staff was excellent and would highly recommend this place”

  “Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Farhad was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole evening. His service was outstanding, and he made sure everything was perfect for us. You can really tell he takes pride in providing great customer service.   “I’ve had dinner at Lokkum a few times and it’s always a great experience, the best Turkish food in London! The food is incredible, the staff are lovely and the cocktails are some of the best I’ve ever had (my personal fave is the lychee martini). The venue itself is stunning and perfect for event hire like bdays, etc. Looking forward to my next visit 🤩”

  “Visited today to celebrate a special family birthday and we had the honour of Imam as our waiter and he made the night extra special. He was very attentive to our needs, consistent with his delivery and approach throughout our 5 hr sitting! His energy and charisma was amazing! The whole team of staff were friendly and helpful to be honest. Food was fresh and tasty too! Lokkum Bar and Grill has a great atmosphere and conservatory with retractable roof which was perfect on a hot summer evening. Would definitely visit again and thank you for accommodating our celebrations.”

  “I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lokkum Bar & Grill and can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, setting the tone for a great meal. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with, from the host who greeted us to our server, was incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. They made great recommendations when we asked, checked in at just the right moments, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. It's rare to find service this consistently good, and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. The food itself was excellent too. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You could tell the kitchen puts thought into their dishes rather than just going through the motions. Portions were generous and everything came out at a good pace, hot and fresh. The combination of great food and genuinely friendly, welcoming staff makes Lokkum Bar & Grill a place I'll definitely be returning to. It's the kind of spot where you leave feeling well taken care of, not just fed. Whether you're going for a casual bite or a nicer night out, I think this place delivers on both counts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid meal in a friendly, comfortable setting. Five stars, well deserved!”

  “Yesterday we hosted my husband's 40th surprise birthday at Lokkum, and I can say hands down that I am so pleased with how everything turned out. The booking process was easy and they answered all of my questions in the lead up to the event. We were allowed early access to decorate and for the DJ to set up and they worked well with the co-ordinator on the day. Imam and his team served 55 people with such kindness and hospitality. Bringing out, starters, mains and desserts all in good time! The food was excellent with lots of great reviews especially for the steak! My only small criticism is that we couldn't play our music at the volume that we would have liked due to noise restrictions, however this didn't detract too much from the overall event. I would definitely recommend using this venue for your special events and occasions! You won't be disappointed.”

  “I came here for my 21st birthday and it was hands down the best birthday I’ve ever had. The service was so fast and perfect, all items came out on time, we never had a problem and if we asked for something they would bring it to us straight away. The fact that the whole restaurant was so busy, yet they still have perfect service and gave the best experience. It didn’t even feel busy to me until I walked around and saw. I was never sat there waiting. They really can handle so many customers at once. I’ve eaten out many times and seen busy restaurants struggle, but not this one! The atmosphere was so welcoming and wholesome, they put a big sparkling candle on my cake when they didn’t have to, they reserved a huge spot for my party and put so much effort into this. The area they gave my party was so peaceful and serene. I loved it. The effort was really noticeable, the waiters were so respectful. They followed all our instructions perfectly, the presentation of food was amazing! The way the restaurant looked was amazing. The food was cooked and seasoned so well! I don’t usually have lamb chops in Turkish restaurants but this lamb chop was so succulent, all the meat on the platter was soft and appetising. And the live show was spectacular. The lady who performed was very kind! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. It’s perfect for parties and big gatherings. I’m sure you will leave with a smile on your face, just like I did. They are all so hospitable and didn’t rush us at all. It felt very relaxing and peaceful here. Thank you to everyone who gave my family such a wonderful experience. I took mostly videos because I wanted to catch the full beautiful place, so I will screenshot some of those to share here.”
