Customer Review Summary

Cheesecake flavours draw the most repeat mentions, with reviewers naming mixed berry cheesecake, mango cheesecake, and a cheesecake with berries and pistachio crumble. Close behind is the sheer selection, which several say makes choosing difficult, with dark chocolate, limoncello, hazelnut mousse, chocolate crunch, salted caramel, and sweet biscuit all singled out. Diners describe the gelato as creamy, rich, and dense, and a few call the portions huge, with one describing four generous scoops and a wide choice of toppings. Staff are described as friendly and quick, and several note that flavours can be tried before picking. One reviewer offers it as an alternative to Amorino, and another who has visited locations in New York and Florida finds the London shop just as consistent. The interior is called beautifully designed with plenty of seating, and one reviewer singles out the floor tile shaped like scoops of gelato.

“I took my date here today after going to the history museum. I wanted a hat brush, and she mentioned she wanted gelato. We walked to Laird Hatters, and I told her we'd probably pass one soon while walking to the hat shop, and we did. A good one. I got the dark chocolate and Limoncello. These were dense and delicious. It was nice to find dark chocolate here. I don't see dark chocolate in the UK as much as you do in the US for some reason. My date also got the dark chocolate and the raspberry mixed with more dark chocolate. Very high-quality gelato. The space is beautifully designed. I especially like the floor tile that is shaped like scoops of gelato. It's a nice touch and shows that level of detail the owners went to making a great ice cream shop.”
