Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly baristas and the coffee itself, with the cappuccino named as a standout that one reviewer says is great every time. Close behind are the cosy vibe and the music, and several mention the strong wifi as a draw for studying or working from home. Others name the pastries, an iced matcha, a chocolate cookie and free alternative milk. Diners also note that the shop looks small from outside but has multiple floors with plenty of seating, including a level below street level. One group describes meeting every Tuesday after a run club, and says the baristas remember what each person usually orders. The one clear complaint comes from a reviewer who calls the aperol spritz the worst they have ever had, even on happy hour, though they found the downstairs cute and heard the espresso martinis were ok. Another reviewer describes being greeted by a barista who brightened their day.

“Met the absolutely wonderful barista Owen today and it honestly brightened up my day, what a pleasant human. We got iced matcha and chocolate cookie. The option for free alternative milk was a bonus. Definitely will be coming back!”

“Frequented many Frequency coffees but this one is hands down the best one. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Today in particular it was Owen, Erin and Andres. Their positive energy was infectious, it made my weekend. Always happy to pop by a Frequency coffee, but this one especially feels like a treat! The vibe is cosy and the playlist is always filled with bops. The drinks here are also superior to the other locations (imo). Top work”

“Coffee lovers you need to try this coffee! I love this coffee shop, might I even say it’s the best in London?! The vibes are super cosy and the baristas are lovely :) Shoutout to Erin, Andres and Owen who are always so kind, I think their secret ingredient is love because the cappucino slaps every time. Side note for the work from homers and students - the wifi is really strong, great spot for bashing out work!”

“Apparently the espresso martinis were ok but this is genuinely the worst aperol spritz I have ever had. Yes, even for £5 on happy hour. Cute downstairs but shockingly bad aperol”

“We meet up here every Tuesday morning after our run club (before run clubs were cool) and always enjoyed the coffee and hospitality. During the pandemic I ordered some coffee bags from them, too. The baristas remember what each of us often order, they are so nice and personal, it is just that human connection and excellent beans ✨”
