  “HALAL - YES PARKING - OFF Road and residential LZone applies here free after 5pm. Tasty - Reasonable This is my second time coming and ordering for 4 people. We ordered chips with curry sauce opened. Lamb chow mein, king prawn chow mein and spicy Indonesian chow mein. This place has a sign saying cash only behind the cash screen before that you have no idea. Just getting chips takes 15-20mins. They didn't listen to instructions when I said chips should be open and the portion I got for the chips was so little and mainly curry sauce. It wasn't worth it. But the taste was 👍 I won't lie. I don't think I would go back to them! They cash only they say so probably evading HMRC. But you will find them on Just Eat and Ubers and Deliveroo. Poor customer service. 3 stars because taste good by kids statement. Thank you for not making it to oily.”

  “I had not been in a while, but food quaity has slumped. Chilli, salt and pepper chicken was over salted (to the point u cant eat it) and the special fried rice with sauce had minimal rice. Disappointing.”

  “Weeks ago I had the pleasure to try and eat the WORSE portion of ribs I have ever had from a Chinese. 95% Fat, a battle to chew and tasteless. Will avoid and not order again. Edit: What a complete lack on introspection from the owner in the reply. Do you think it's my first time ever having ribs from a Chinese shop? The vast majority were great, full of flavour and actual meat, not majority fat. Yours were not. To the point of even leaving a review feedback because it such a suprise. Comparing ribs to marmite is genuinely laughable.”

  “I’ve been a customer since 2018 and it used to taste so nice back in the day. Today would have been my first time this year placing an order from them. I ordered a special chow mein and salt and pepper chilli lamb ribs. Like what is this? Does this seriously look appetising to you? I couldn’t eat it. What a waste of money and what a shame - gone right down hill”

  “A few of us mates ordered a collection from here! We ordered an array of foods n left it to the owner to sort us out a variety of dishes! Honestly it did not disappoint! We all loved the selection! Great food, great service, certainly recommended! Decent price too! We’ll be back! Thanks👊🏾😋”

  “Halal Chinese takeaway with 4 friends. We had an assortment of dishes. We ordered over the phone and collected. All dishes had an individual taste. Complimentary spiced chips were given by the owner which were tasty and unusual. Well done Hing Wok.”

  “Worst Chinese food ever tasted. Ordered Egg fried rice, Kungpao Chicken and Thai tom yum soup. Egg fried rice: very regular and tasteless. 2/10 Kungpao chicken: i think they sent me sweet and chili chicken. 1/10 Thai tom yum soup: I don’t think any thai tom yum soup looks like that at all. Order with king prawns and paid £1 extra but I found only 3 piece of prawns and its the most tasteless soup i have ever tasted. I mean just look at the color of it. 0/10 Not recommended at all. Don’t waste your money”
