“Blocked my mums address out but as you can see, it still states that "we deliver here." In the other pic, you can see that it still says I've paid, and I had an active order. Well, then I'm told it's cancelled and fair enough it because we were out of the delivery zones. However at this point they had taken and accepted my money and are now saying its gonna take 3-5 days for a refund or that I need to contact them myself. Ummm, sorry but no. I don't work for the company, I didn't order through a company, I ordered via your direct website. I even offered to pay more for the inconvenience YOUR system caused to just be told over and over again, no. He said he was gonna call me back, that never happened and I'm still now without food or the finance to order more. Foods decent in the past but not worth the drama and attitude if their own website messes up.”
