  “We’ve been to this place many times and it used to be really good, which makes this visit especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the noodles were very sticky and seemed overcooked, and the chicken was dry and lacked any flavor. Nothing we ordered tasted as good as it used to. I only managed to eat two or three bites before leaving the rest because the food was so disappointing. We paid for a meal we expected to enjoy, so this experience was very frustrating. We hope the restaurant can improve the quality and consistency of the food because we have had good experiences here in the past”

  “They asked for 5 stars. The audacity is beyond me. Got the entire order wrong. Paid extra for items that I didn’t get. Never order from here. Only worth collecting. This was a Deliveroo order but I’m beyond fuming.”

  “ZACH was phenomenal soon as I walked in he noticed me and imidately pop over to take my order. Asked for allergies which I don't have luckily. Went above and beyond to serve me. Even had a brief chat whilst cashing me out. Great time and so quick. If your in and you see Zach know your in the right place!”

  “Customer service was horrendous. The pricing displayed on the TV clearly showed prices for the bundle box only, yet the waitress insisted they only sell meal deals and she was extremely rude. When I pointed out the price display, she said the manager had told her it must be a meal deal. I explained that a meal deal should be optional, but she refused. I then told her I would order through the app, where the regular box is clearly available on its own, and she would have to serve it to me. She told me to go ahead but again claimed the manager said it was meal-deal only. I asked to speak to the manager, who then said that during the Christmas period they only do meal deals. That was clearly untrue, as both the TV display and the app showed otherwise. After challenging this, he finally said “no problem” and served me the regular box on its own. It’s very wrong to push customers into buying a meal deal. Upselling is fine, but forcing customers is not. On top of that, the portion size was extremely small — literally four pieces of chicken.”

  “I’ve placed an order from here after a year later to see if there would be an improvement but it’s gone worse. The portions are ridiculously small. They don’t take customers feedback into consideration as I’ve seen many people’s feedback about how portions are small but they don’t seem to take it, I’ve ordered a katsu sauce and was there actually sauce in it as it was only one spoon inside it although I’ve placed it as extra and gave £1.50 for it. The spring rolls were burnt the chicken was very dry and barely had any chicken. Very appalling and disappointing”

  “Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. It was fairly quiet, not many customers at the time of my visit. Instead of taking my food away, I dined in, as there were seats available. The salt and pepper chicken was much too salty and the sweet and sour chicken had too much vinegar. I was disappointed as I have eaten from here before and the food was much more tastier.”
