  “Wow, wanted to come by to vouch for the staff being immensely attentive and caring to an older patron! My own order arrived quickly and it was yum. So happy to have a sweet cafe like this near me, such kind people.”

  “Went in just to feed the baby. The place was at 30% occupancy at most. Ordered a coffee and even though they had 3 people in the till, it took a while. Once I got served I realised all the unoccupied tables were dirty, so asked to get a table cleaned and explained I didnt even needed my order, it was just a courtesy to have a table to feed my baby for 2 mins and go. Those 3 people at the till (doing nothing) looked at each other as if my request was weird and after long time debating between themselves on what to do, they called someone in the kitchen to clean the table. I repeat myself. 70% of the tables were free but with all the dirty remains on top. Asking to have a clean (or just cleared) table seemed too much. This on a place were an americano is charged to a similar price to a coffee with views to the Eiffel tower! Anything bad that happens to you as a business, you deserve it”

  “Flood is nice but this cafe doesn't work very well, especielly the flow. The service is slow. Cutlery and condiments are not clearly together, the place always appears as if they're struggling to cope. Please M&S this could be a lot better. Poor for M&S standards.”

  “Coffee was quite bitter, but tuna toaster was nice. Service was very disorganised and looked like some of the staff were overly stressed and making several mistakes. Might be better on another day - Would come back just for the varied menu”

  “This is an awful cafe because we waited for 40 mins and had to enquire about 3 x avocado on toast with salmon only to be told that they ran out of salmon! Had we not asked, nobody would have told us!! Awful staff and awful service!”

  “As we noticed before in this place lazy young rude staff. If they worked even an extra 5% more to clean up the tables it would make sitting here that much better. I had to fetch my own cleaning cloth and spray to clean up the chair before I could sit down. Staff saw me do it and still none stepped up. Piles of dirty plates and left overs all over the tables and around us. It’s disgusting. When I asked for one of our drinks to be put in a glass not a plastic container I had to do it myself too. Service is infuriating considering how much everything costs these days. I say bring back table service and optional tips - now!”

  “I love coming here for a meal or a coffee with my family. The staff are always so nice and friendly, it really makes you feel welcome. I like the food, and it’s good value for money.”
