  “Needs airco. It was way too hot in there. But, as always, great burger. With options to customize it. Like no cheese for me. As a Belgian though I'll never understand curly fries or fries with toppings, that's for waffles not for fries. Very clean restaurant by the way. Solid choice. I'll always pick Shake Shack over Five Guys. Now when are you coming to Belgium Shake Shack?”

  “The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. Every item was perfectly prepared and served hot. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the shakes were amazing 😍🍔🍟🥤and staff is very good and kind maybe her name is Gopi❤️”

  “We bought two burgers in that place, everything was very nice. The quality is nice too, also the service were speed. In this place there are some tables to sit and eat these fantastic burgers. Very appreciated!”

  “Visited for a quick lunch whilst I'm town on a day out. Ordering was easy and good selection on the menu however quite a wait for the food. Lots of seating and all very clean Food was great however on the expensive side for a burger and shake lunch, my preference at this price point would be 5 guys or honest burger”

  “Whilst the burgers are not the most generous in size they are very tasty and seem to be made with good produce. Onions ring were really nice and the vanilla milkshake was good. Worth a visit. Better than BK or Mc!”

  “The best burger chain. The price may be a little expensive but the food is very good, it doesn't feel like fast food but a good burger place. Also the service from the helpful Greek lady was excellent. I recommend 100% this place for one meal in London”

  “Stopped at Shake Shack on Tottenham Court Road for a quick bite and it delivered exactly what you expect—fast, consistent, and solid across the board. The burger was juicy and well put together, with the usual soft bun, melted cheese, and good balance of sauce and seasoning. Fries were hot, crisp, and not greasy, which is not always a given with fast food. The shake was thick, smooth, and tasted as it should—rich but not overly sweet. Service was fast and efficient, even during a busy stretch. Staff were polite and kept the queue moving without cutting corners. The space is clean, seating was available, and the turnover was fast enough that it did not feel cramped. Pricing is what it is—higher than average for fast food, but still worth it for the consistency and quality you get. You know what you are getting, and they stick to it well. A dependable option if you are in the area and want something quick but better than the usual chains. I would also suggest that they have the world’s smallest sink in that toilet lol! Should’ve been much bigger!”

  “Friendly staffs, delicious food, smooth order process for foreign travellers. The vegan burger is so good! Chips are also amazing. Didn't realize ketchup box was by the counter maybe a sign will be helpful. Definitely will visit again next time in England.”
