  “American traveler coming through Central London in Leicester Square and stopped at Shake Shack, the food was absolutely delicious just like back home in Texas. Meet Hasan at the store and he greated us warmly, made recommendations and assisted us in ordering. He checked on everyone in the food area to make sure we were doing great. Thanks Shake Shack for good food, great staff, and dynamic greeter in Hassan.”

  “The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service from Hassan. He came over to check if we needed anything and made us feel very welcomed. He also let us know that Shake Shack now serves halal beef burgers, which was fantastic news for us. It's great to see more halal options being introduced, and we'll definitely be visiting much more often.”

  “I don't like when people put too many things in a hamburger. I have always liked to keep it simple. When I first heard about Shake Shack, I thought, "I need to try this. This might be perfect for my taste," and I was right. It was my first time ever trying Shake Shack, and I absolutely loved it. The meat and cheese were perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were perfectly placed. As for the bun, I don't know how they do it, but it is so soft and good that it almost tastes like a pancake. For my taste, the softness of the bun is perfect. I met an employee there who was very nice, and we had a pleasant little conversation as well. He asked if everything was good (maybe because I took a video of the food, but I explained that I just made it to show my friends who have never tried Shake Shack before how good the bun is). It was a pleasure to meet this guy. I love meeting kind and friendly people like him. However, if I had to mention one bad thing, it would be the iced tea. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad at all, but it tasted a bit too watery, and I didn't expect that when I bought it. Still, it is a very positive sign that this is the only negative thing I can think of. By the way, I came with my sister and mother, and they share the exact same opinion. They liked everything except the drink.”

  “Visited the Leicester square Shake Shack because I had such a great experience in NY and I was not disappointed by the Leicester square restaurant. The burgers are still as delicious and the staff was so friendly. We were helped by Hassan, really friendly guy. I totally recommand.”

  “Stopped by to pick some burgers and milk shakes. It was busy but we did not have to wait long. The burgers were juicy, fresh fries and shakes on point. Great spot at this touristy centre of London for a quick meal.”
