  “Food was really nice specially the burgers. Fries was just a but soggy but the service was superb. Crew was very nice I didn’t expect the house blend iced tea to be on the bland side and they were happy to replace my drinks. Atmosphere 10/10”

  “Super good good, we always stop here when we get to Covent garden's. The food is always great and amazing quality and portions. Although it's fast food, it tastes fresh and worth the money. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a bit of queuing time, but not too long, and the seating area is central Covent garden's so really nice and the staff help you find tables. You get an alert on the buzzer when your foods ready, and it doesn't take too long. I recommend the salted caramel milkshake, hot dog and crinkle cut chips but other family members love the burgers !!!”

  “We had a very bad experience with the service personnel. Traveling as a family with two kids. First, we were not allowed to sit down before we order. Ok, so let's do. Then, order done, we were thrown out of our desired seating area because "this area closes now". We did not comply. After us, many more guests arrived and sat down exactly in our area. Apparently, they don't like families here. Food is Ok, but overpriced compared to similar offers in Westminster.”

  “Over £25 per person for a meal. Quite expensive for burgers, fries, and drinks but delicious burgers. Self service so not much to say about service. In the middle of Covent Garden where pigeons just fly around next to you while you eat. And pigeons on empty tables. No indoor seating.”

  “Had a fantastic meal at Shake Shack (Covent Garden) the Cashier and Manager on Duty were polite and friendly. The allergens were explained carefully. Food was served quickly and was clearly freshly made. A really pleasant experience overall. Thanks guys! 🌟”

  “How come someone can call this lettuce burger. It wasn't even wrapped in lettuce and very difficult to eat. It it is not a proper lettuce wrap it should have been made clearer.”

  “It was above average. The crinkle fries were really good BUT I think it’s overpriced as £5.45 is definitely pricier side for a portion of fries. Taste wise though- YUMMMM! Service was quick and staff were nice. Atmosphere was a bit meh because you sit in a separated middle section in Covent Garden but it’s quite noisy and not particularly clean. Overall I’d sum it up as quick, delicious, overpriced.”

  “Shake Shack Covent Garden is always a reliable stop for comfort food done right 🍔🍟✨. The location is unbeatable — right on the piazza, buzzing with street performers and energy, making it a fun spot to grab a bite in between exploring the West End. 🌆🎶 The ShackBurger is consistently juicy, the crinkle-cut fries are addictive, and the shakes are indulgent 💖🥤. Service is quick, seating can be a bit busy at peak hours, but the lively Covent Garden atmosphere more than makes up for it. A casual favorite in one of London’s most iconic squares.”

  “Shake Shack in Covent Garden has a fast-food setup with easy self-ordering kiosks and a lovely eating area, especially with the Christmas decorations adding a nice touch. The food was delicious with generous portions — I had the marinated shallots ShackBurger, which was packed with flavour. With burgers around £10 and chips about £7, it works out to roughly £20 per person.”

  “The burger was small but very tasty. The chips were cold at first, but a new batch I got later was much better. The service was very slow and the prices are far too high for what is basically fast food. The bins were overflowing and the place looked messy. Not worth the hype or the price. I will not be back. There are much better options nearby.”
