Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for the burger and fries, describing the burger as fresh, juicy and tasty and the fries as a generous, greasy, salty portion, with several saying the portions beat McDonald's. The milkshake draws separate praise, with one reviewer calling the customization spectacular, and the free peanuts keep people occupied while the food is made. Several mention watching the order being prepared and note friendly staff, a clean dining room, tidy condiment stations and plenty of seating upstairs. The main complaint is cost: reviewers call it very pricey for fast food, and one says a burger and a beer felt not worth it, while another found the fries and milkshake poor value. One reviewer describes a till glitch after signing up for the loyalty scheme, ending with a charge for the free fries. Another says a delivery bag arrived half torn from the grease. One reviewer notes a long wait at peak times and attributes it to how busy the location gets. One reviewer describes security staff providing a baby seat and opening the accessible toilet.

“Exactly what you expect from Five Guys—great food and big portions. The burgers were tasty, and they gave us the usual massive serving of fries. It’s a comfortable, clean spot to sit down and eat.”

“Five Guys was, as expected, all about the burger and fries, and in that respect it absolutely delivered. The food was as delicious as you could hope for, with the burger tasting fresh and satisfying and the fries being exactly the kind of indulgent, salty, greasy treat Five Guys is known for. I ordered through one of the delivery apps, and while the food itself was excellent, the packaging was a bit of an issue. Because the fries are so greasy, the bag arrived half torn, which was not ideal. I was staying in a hotel at the time, so it was awkward having to carry a grease-stained, damaged bag through the elevators and foyer. It is a small detail, but it does affect the overall experience when you are not eating at home. I would hope they find a way to prevent that in future, perhaps with sturdier packaging or better bag protection for delivery orders. Still, the food itself was very good, and if you are after a proper burger and fries fix, Five Guys remains a solid choice.”

“Worst burger I've ever had. No taste. Spend nearly £25 fpr a fastfood burger and a beer. You'd expect something decent at least. Pricy but not worth it. Friendly staff, quick food delivery too. The place is kept clean. Wasy tofind and plenty of seats upstairs too”

“We had a great experience at Five Guys. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and appreciative. The food was fresh and of excellent quality. The security staff were also doing a great job. They kindly provided us with a baby seat, opened the disabled toilet for us, and gave access to the baby-changing facilities. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Basically a fast food chain with very high prices. £6.15 for fries, £6.55 for a milkshake. They are larger portions than McDonald's but not sure it was good value. Poor experience of enrolling to their loyalty scheme for free fries and ending up having to pay for them when the till glitched.”
