Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for fast, cheap food near Tower Bridge, with several noting meals arriving quickly even when the place is crowded. Breakfast earns praise alongside free coffee and tea, and the beer is called tasty, with prices described as reasonable for a tourist area. Ordering by QR code and app divides opinion. One fan likes it, while others find the menu complicated, and one visitor was perplexed until learning orders can also be placed at the bar. Friendly staff come up too, including a waiter who was kind to sleepy children. The complaints are specific. Two reviewers describe a rude security guard who interrupted and stared at diners, asked one table to move mid-meal, and ignored objections, and one says the bar staff seemed indifferent. Another reports being given cutlery with dried egg yolk for the second time, and one notes tables that were not very clean. Even so, one diner whose nachos ran late had the money refunded and was offered a free drink.

“The night was wonderful into the security guard was causing absolute disrespect to everyone in the venue including my group. I tried to speak to him and say that there are a better ways to speak to people and he just completely ignored me. Everyone in the establishment completely agreed and was trying to speak to him to say that there are better ways to speak to people but he completely ignored everyone. I even tried to speak to some of the staff members and bar staff and they also seem to not give a monkeys. This completely ruined the experience for me my group and can only assume everyone within the establishment.”

“This place was really good. I was surprised that the prices were so cheep and affordable considering we were almost right next to the tower bridge and it was a sunday. i was a tad bit perplexed about the ordering—as it was online (though we found out that you could also order at the bar) The food was great, the staff was amazing and nice. so overall a solid 8/10”

“If you want cutlery with dried egg yolk combined with the attitude of 'you don't have to come back here' then this is the place for you...this is the second time I've been given cutlery in this condition.”

“The food was average and the ambience was good. The security who is on duty tonight (Friday)11pm was absolutely rude. He was interrupting us and staring at us most of the time. Moreover, he asked us to move the table while we were literally eating, to take our plates and utilities to other table so that they can clear the section. But, a kind waitress let us finish our food.”

“We were a family visiting London on a Sunday. The waiter at this Wetherspoon made our day! He was quite friendly, giving us some safety advice. He served the drinks with such a positive mood and accommodate around sleepy kids. Food came in around 10min, very fast. “Si” made our day! I would like to recommend this restaurant to everyone who want to rest just before the remaining visits in London!”
