“At first we were hesitant to try out since it showed only three veg option there menu outside. But once we sat down had the menu in our hands it had lot more veg option as it turns out. Loved the haloumi sandwhich. Pie comes with thick cut fries.”

“Came here with colleagues on a normal Friday evening. Really nice interiors and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I didn’t get to try the food myself this time, but the plates I saw around me looked like generous portions and smelled great — definitely coming back to try it properly. A solid pub in central London with prices that won’t break the bank.”

“Popped in by chance during the heatwave in July. A lovely place with a genuine and wonderful atmosphere. The high ceiling on the main room is gorgeous with beautiful candelabra. Wood finish everywhere, wood and tile floors. Perfect for a Scandinavian looking for a British traditional feel. And yes, Americans, they have AC. 😄”

“Very nice pub at Trafalgar Square near theaters and many restaurants. The Horse and Guardsman is quite classy, late and can accommodate rather large groups. Had a wonderful time. Food was good but not exceptional. I would highly recommend visiting.”
