About Bon Liverpool
Bon Liverpool is a pan-Asian restaurant in Liverpool, at 45-49 Clayton Ln, built around an all-you-can-eat buffet of 150 dishes from across Asia. A chef cooks noodles live at the buffet, and Hong Kong style fried noodles are among the options. The curries cover Indian, Chinese and Thai styles, and teppanyaki sits alongside crispy aromatic pork wraps. Roast dinner and Italian dishes also appear next to the Asian food, so a table with mixed tastes has plenty to choose from. Desserts run to cakes and a chocolate fountain. The restaurant opens daily and has a large dining room with plenty of seats. It sits close to the train station and St John's parking.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers come for the all-you-can-eat buffet and its wide spread of Asian dishes, with curries, Hong Kong style fried noodles, crispy aromatic pork wraps and teppanyaki singled out. Close behind are the desserts, including a chocolate fountain, and one reviewer says to leave room for the cakes. One diner praises the cocktails, and the staff are repeatedly described as friendly and quick to clear plates. The dining room is called spacious and clean, though one finds it cramped. On the downside, some chicken dishes were dry, a few dishes were oily, and one says the food was not the hottest. Another found the choice more limited than on an earlier visit and describes the noodle chef as aggressive with customers. The bar drew a complaint about a slow queue and tired-looking staff while food waited on the table, and several note drinks are charged separately. One reviewer found the steep way to the toilets sticky with sweet and sour sauce and mentioned it to a supervisor on the way out.

“✨💫🌟⭐️🌟 Had a great experience at Bon Pan Liverpool. The food was delicious with a huge variety to choose from, and everything I tried was fresh and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always quick to clear the plates and help whenever needed. The cocktails were also excellent and made the meal even better. Great atmosphere, great service and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!”

“I couldn't give it a 5 star as I expected with buffet food wasn't the hottest but was cooked lots of options for children as well would I go back yes ...last minute travelled up the hill 2 the toilets very steep so held the rail felt like someone had poured the sweet and sour sauce on it very sticky..on my way out had quick chat with supervisor told him it needed attention..”

“Decent all-you-can-eat buffet in central Liverpool. A surprisingly wide range of Asian cuisines, from curries (Indian, Chinese and Thai) to Hong Kong style fried noodles, to crispy aromatic pork wraps and even teppanyaki. Don’t expect Michelin star quality food, some of the chicken dishes were a bit dry. Definitely a bit oily for some dishes, but for the most part, pretty flavourful for the price. Student discount available too. Restaurant is very spacious. Staff are nice and friendly”
