Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at Coffee Inc, with reviewers describing a bacon, sausage and egg bap that kept one diner full until evening and plates that left a group of three well fed. Close behind are the lunches, where a gammon dish, a pie and chips, and mini fries with a pot of tea get named, and one reviewer singles out the gravy as hard to find done this well. Families repeatedly mention the kids menu, with one parent counting at least ten options and another noting dairy-free choices for an infant with an intolerance. Staff are consistently called friendly and welcoming, and reviewers describe good portions and reasonable prices. The upstairs seating gets praise, though one reviewer says it gets quite busy. The few criticisms are minor: one says the outside looks a little scary before the inside and food win them over, and another finds the decor not aesthetically pleasing and the name underwhelming. One visitor was handed a free bar of chocolate for Mother's Day.

“Absolutely fantastic service, the staff are so kind and welcoming, they couldn't have been nicer to my toddler. Great options for seating, not to busy, not too quiet, excellent menu, loads of options. There were at least 10 options for kids meals which is just fantastic. Everything was very clean and the staff were so attentive. Will definitely be back!”

“First visit for me today, we are over from England visiting family, popped into Lisburn early to get a breakfast somewhere and to do some shopping, a very welcoming gentleman was opening up the shutters and invited us in, the breakfast was amazing!! All 3 of us had plenty on our plates. I popped off to do some shopping and left the men drinking coffee, returned to the car to find if been given a lovely bar of chocolate from coffee inc as it was Mother’s Day tomorrow. Thank you for a lovely friendly service Thank you so much Will definitely be back when we are over next time 😀”
